16/03/2025: Usually when I return to Sardinia I often went to eat pizza at Floris but yesterday's negative experience led me to stop this habit. I went for dinner on Saturday evening and there were 10 of us, we order and ask if there was a wait, they say 30min and we get some chips. After more than 40 minutes they brought the chips and warned us that there weren't 2 pizzas and we had to change them, quite ridiculous as it is. The pizzas finally arrived at 10.40pm (an hour and a half later): 2 wrong, one of which was sent back and all very cold which by now had both tomato and mozzarella cold and dry. They were more focaccias than pizzas and the ones with seafood were almost inedible. We had a terrible time with both the food and the service since you had to ask for everything 3/4 times to be served, many things weren't even there and they neither apologized for the delay nor asked how we had found ourselves. Furthermore, we realized that the bill was also wrong. How to lose regular customers 💯
05/03/2025: Delicious pizza, the best in Sanluri and the surrounding area, the desserts need to be improved.... In the tiramisu too much coffee and the nougat cream too sweet. The. Super service, like the environment. Big promotions.

16/02/2025: We went there today, after visiting the Castle, we had a great time, well cooked and plentiful dishes, attentive and very kind staff, no problem for the little dog who was with us. We will happily return.

Ottimo il servizio, i tempi e la bontà delle colazioni preparate con grande professionalità. Stra consiglio questo bar per trascorrere momenti di relax da soli o in compagnia....

20/03/2025: NOAU pizzeria in Sanluri is located above the very famous "Free Time" pub because it is managed by the same company.
In our case we enjoyed the pizza on the upper floor, in the pizzeria, a new place, carefully furnished and therefore very welcoming.
We found a waiter who practically managed the entire pizzeria almost by himself, he was extremely kind and professional, as well as courteous.
We ate 4 pizzas and they were all delicious! I must say that what is striking, in addition to the goodness of the pizza, is the quality of the raw materials.
It goes without saying that I highly recommend this pizzeria, I think it is one of the best pizzas in Campidano.
I hope to return soon

09/08/2023: I'm sorry to give a bad review to a pizzeria in my town, but I've been trying to reevaluate the food of this pizzeria for a long time but I've now decided that it's not for me.
Several times over time I took pizzas by the slice, and as time went on the quality went down.
Even now they are still decent, but the problem comes with the round pizza.
Round pizza has several problems.
The dough remains very heavy in the stomach, the sauce is so spicy that the flavor of the sauce is completely killed by the spices, the quality of the toppings is low, cooking is average but in any case it is very difficult to finish the pizza.
The customer service is really bad. I asked several times to be able to pay with the POS but I was denied because it was not available or broken, or in other cases they wanted to add something to the bill to increase the total bill to be paid with the POS.
Slow service and disorder for customers is the watchword of this pizzeria. People jumping over the queue and orders disappearing into thin air, ergo endless waits.
I sincerely hope to change this review for the better in the future, but as of today, this pizzeria is done with me.
