07/02/2025: The best Roman tavern we have tried so far. We had a great time: starting from the place, large, well-kept and very characteristic Roman room; and then the food: we had some delicious appetizers (both the cacio e pepe and the amatriciana ones), then the very good gnocchi with porcini mushrooms and bacon and then the amazing Roman saltimbocca. Even the crumbled dessert was really delicious, full of cream. Exceptional value for money. Very kind staff. Very easy area to get to and easy for parking. Absolutely recommended

How is such a lack of professionalism and even worse of assumption of responsibility possible?
I'm only sorry because it's in Selargius, but never mind, Cagliari is close.
29/12/2024: A year later, the same episode was repeated. Even though we had booked two days in advance for 14 people, we arrived to find they didn't have a table!
They said they hadn't marked it.
They remembered last year's episode VERY WELL, but they didn't know what to tell us.
PROFESSIONALISM IS ANOTHER THING.
Use diaries. If you miss it for 2025, we will be happy to give it to you. But it will certainly be the only thing you will have from us.

14/10/2024: I gave it 4 stars a few months ago. Then I had the misfortune of catching some tuna, I had never done so. Inedible sticky, even to the touch you could tell it wasn't the best. When cooked it remained pink inside and the smell was unpleasant. It's a shame because in the first review I was satisfied but unfortunately not with this one. Is it possible that you didn't realize that it was unsellable?

24/12/2024: Good pizza. The hand is certainly there. But €2.50 cover charge for a plasticized placemat, with paper handkerchiefs, dilapidated room, dirty curtains with stains, obscene bathroom without paper or soap. Just madness.
