Carbonara (typical Roman) absolutely cannot be missing. But the tiramisu is also delicious.
The staff made an excellent impression, always ready to listen, in a polite, kind and never intrusive manner.
Top food! Top hygienic environment.

08/12/2024: We decided to celebrate a birthday and to say that we had a good time is an understatement. An efficient service and a welcoming environment that puts you at ease. We tried other Roman cuisines in two other cities near Selargius, and we didn't like anything. But here at the Roman tavern in Selargius everything is super good, the fried foods are not greasy, the Ascolana style olives send you into ecstasy, the pasta "la calamarata alla zozzona" is an ecstasy for the palate..... the carbonara what can I say. ....there's nothing for anyone.....the courgette flowers filled with infinite goodness, even the fried cod that's too good, and the chicory that I tried to make at home here, they are really super.......the portions are generous, even too much so..... But it's good company... little by little you eat everything..... giving a 10 as a rating is too low... .. it's a place where a family with friends can enjoy lunch or dinner in peace and at very modest prices. Compliments to the staff and the restaurateur. An invaluable meeting point here in Selargius...

14/11/2024: I ordered a Margherita pizza in a family size pan for the first time, nothing special. What I couldn't digest, however, was the rider's failure to receive the receipt, and not for having forgotten it.

Really tasty mix of meatballs.

14/10/2024: I gave it 4 stars a few months ago. Then I had the misfortune of catching some tuna, I had never done so. Inedible sticky, even to the touch you could tell it wasn't the best. When cooked it remained pink inside and the smell was unpleasant. It's a shame because in the first review I was satisfied but unfortunately not with this one. Is it possible that you didn't realize that it was unsellable?

27/08/2024: Positive aspects: friendly staff, very available on whatsapp, inflatable for children guaranteed fun, changing table for children in the bathroom, quiet location, good pizza.
Negative aspects: prices slightly above average €6.50 Margherita and charging €2.50 for a cover charge to a child of almost 3 years old who sat for 1 minute at the table but didn't even use cutlery. Very dirty children's inflatable, parking on the street not easy to find. Arm yourself with mosquito repellents.
Overall not bad.
16/08/2024: Simple place, nice idea of the children's area, even if the inflatable, probably due to yesterday's drizzle, was excessively dirty, but in reality the children don't care.
For three pizzas, the wait seemed a bit excessive, considering that the place was literally empty when we arrived.
The pizzas are good, the ingredients are certainly of high quality and the dough is excellent.
