I recommend it both for the kindness of Marisa and her collaborators.... and above all for the delicious food... really generous portions, excellent wine!!! .... cleanliness in the room and a nice warmth with a beautiful walk..... they also welcomed my little dog Maggie :) (which is not for everyone) ...Sadali is a truly beautiful town but it would have been nice to have found the caves open and to be able to visit them :( 😞 otherwise excellent! Thanks Marisa and see you soon ❤️

19/02/2025: We wanted to celebrate Valentine's Day by seeing the famous waterfall of the same name, in Sadali. We were late, due to the navigator's fault, when we reached the restaurant where Mr. Corrado welcomed us with a smile and put us at ease.
We ordered a set menu with beef steak, fries, drink and coffee. The steak was huge, cooked perfect!
We were served quickly and after some information on how to reach the waterfall, Mr. Corrado also gave us advice on other attractions to visit. Among other things, the restaurant, which has parking right in front, is very close to the town center and the path to the springs. Then you can continue on foot.
Fair price, perfect service and kindness.
We will be back!!

21/08/2023: Ottimo ristorante immerso nella natura.
Personale gentile e disponibile, cucina impeccabile, abbiamo assaporato i culurgionis serviti con sugo e formaggio a parte, veramente ottimi, e per gradirli fino in fondo, abbiamo richiesto una porzione di culurgionis fritti, fantastici.
Inoltre salumi e formaggi del luogo squisiti, serviti con ottimo carasau e pane.
Non poteva mancare il maialetto cotto con grande maestria, croccante e gustosissimo.
Per la gioia del palato, seadas, le più buone mai mangiate.
E ve lo dice un sardo.
Consigliatissimo.
16/08/2023: Questa è la seconda volta che vado e ho trovato delle differenze, prima la qualità e prezzo era giusto stavolta avete giocato sui numeri, non posso dire che il cibo non era buono ma siete scesi un pò e alzato il prezzo. Non era un pranzo di 50€

03/01/2025: Alberto servizio ineccepibile per un pranzo nonostante la sala decisamente piena : bravo.
Prodotti a km 0, scelta ampia sia per i piatti che per le pizze.
30/11/2024: Piatti deliziosi con ingredienti Km 0, servizio veloce e di una cortesia unica. Pane sfornato direttamente dallo chef.. consigliatissimo
