01/03/2026: Every dessert you make is a true delight! I've had the pleasure of tasting several of their creations, all made with love, care, and great attention to detail, and each time I've been pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness and quality of the ingredients.
My absolute favorites are the lemon PASTICCIOTTI, with their creamy and fragrant filling, and the tiramisu cake, simply irresistible!
Kudos to Giuseppe and Angela for the professionalism, passion, and skill they put into their work. You can really taste the difference! Highly recommended!

We recommend trying the limited-edition white wine, produced from their own vineyard. It not only reclaims a seemingly lost piece of land, reflecting their social responsibility and commitment to their land, but also has a wonderful aroma and flavor. Highly recommended as a must-see when visiting Salento.

27/12/2025: We stopped by and had three pizzas and various drinks. The pizza was excellent and the service was friendly and welcoming. I recommend it to anyone who's in the area or just passing through. We'll definitely be back. P.S. Federica, I slept very well without any problems, as you said. The dough rose perfectly.

14/05/2026: Fixed menu on Sundays and holidays, appetizer with 12 different tastings, first course of seafood or meat, second course of fish or roast, side dish of salad or chips, choice of drinks, dessert, all excellent for only €35, if you don't pay much attention to the place I'd say it's excellent.

30/04/2026: Lovely stay in a quiet area. Very child-friendly too. The owners are super friendly. In the end, we couldn't eat there because the restaurant was booked for a party, but we suspect the food is just as tasty and well-prepared as the breakfast. Calamate is highly recommended!

26/04/2026: The masseria is beautiful, well-renovated, with lots of greenery, a large pool with plenty of space around it, and spacious, clean rooms. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The breakfast is excellent, and the restaurant is no exception. The location is also excellent, very close to the center of Gallipoli. We will definitely be back.

01/06/2026: The place is beautiful because it's surrounded by greenery, but some of the dishes disappointed me, especially the seafood salad, which was a bit expensive.

22/10/2023: Sono stato bene , cortesia e gentilezza da chi ha preso la comanda e la titolare in seguito , la carne e buona anche i contorni , unica cosa che non mi è piaciuto , e che non si può pulire a terra con scopa e paletta mentre uno sta mangiando , spero che queste sbavature vengano sistemate .
