11/02/2025: Pizza above average for the area, but arm yourself with patience, you wait more than an hour even with a booked table. Returned after some time and also the last time waited an hour for the booked table. From booking to 10pm (they decide the time), we sat down at 11pm and had dinner at 11.20pm. Always very high quality pizza, but when you have children, dining at that time becomes a real inconvenience.

06/01/2025: I had the pleasure and honor of spending a day with my family at the Santa Teresa relais to celebrate my son's confirmation. I can say that it was an experience that I will definitely do again and that I recommend to everyone. I had a really good time and I thank the entire facility for pampering me.

03/01/2025: Beautiful location, very romantic. We spent 18 days in this facility where they made us feel at home. Everyone is always kind and helpful. Excellent dinner and breakfast.

14/01/2025: In this wonderful and magical place I met my future wife and we spent some wonderful moments together getting to know each other better. From our love our beloved little girl was born (who is now over 3 years old) and when we return to this place with her, it's a sinking heart, because it's as if right there... a flower had sprouted 🌼 🌼. I have little to say about pizzas 🍕; we have been taking the same ones for a decade and they are unsurpassable...and when I say "unsurpassable" I say it with full knowledge of the facts. The "non-plus-ultra", the Latins would say. We know the menu by heart and we also celebrated both our daughter's baptism and first birthday here, as well as my 40th birthday. Everything always excellent, impeccable, exquisite. The friendship that over the years has linked me intimately to the owner Mino and his incomparable staff is one of the milestones of my existence that I always carry in my heart. Rating: 10 cum laude ❤️ 🫶🏻

22/11/2024: Stunning farmhouse surrounded by nature located in a quiet location. In San Martino we appreciated the typical local cuisine with both traditional dishes and circular food. Professional and friendly staff. Fair prices. I'll be back. Advised.

17/11/2024: Bella domenica trascorsa a pranzo nell'agriturusmo Calamate. Paesaggio bucolico tenuto con tanta cura, tra piante selvatiche salentine e alberi da frutto. I bambini trovano qui il giusto spazio per il gioco e per il contatto con la natura in totale sicurezza. Interni caldi e semplici affacciati con ampia vetrata panoramica verso la campagna. Per la prima volta in chiave invernale abbiamo provato la formula a prezzo fisso, che ci ha pienamente soddisfatto. Avvolgente!

27/09/2024: Eravamo in vacanza in zona Gallipoli, io e mia moglie, in questi giorni ed avendolo trovato per caso la prima volta, siamo stati in questo ristorante per tre sere. Tutte le volte cibo squisito, ottimo, servizio, locale bello e ben curato. Gestori molto gentili nei quali si nota la passione con cui fanno la loro attività. Sicuramente consigliato.

24/09/2024: Fantastische Pizza zu umschlagbaren Preisen, regionale Fleisch-, Fisch-, Pastagerichte, Tageskarte und grossartiger Service, gemütlich eingerichtet mit altem Kamin und hoher Gewölbedecke . Wir waren sigar zweimal dort. Loredana spricht fliessend deutsch und ist ausgesprochen hilfsbereit, freundlich, lustig, aufgeschlossen. Kleiner Ort abseits des Touristen - Verkehrs.

03/02/2025: Typical Salento land-sea cuisine and excellent wine list. The starters and first courses were good but there was something to be said about the frozen fish even if it was cooked well. Qualified staff among which Mrs. Concetta stands out who is impeccable in her service and very kind.
