05/09/2025: I was thrilled with the friendliness and cleanliness of the place, as well as the truly divine food. All the staff were wonderful...a special mention to Francesca, the professional! I will definitely be returning to this fantastic place.

04/09/2025: A terrible professional experience. Toward the end of my meal, which I had eaten in the dining area in front of the restaurant, a gust of wind blew debris from the roof over the structure that housed the bar and kitchen onto my plate. Finding myself forced to dispose of what I would have preferred to eat in the trash, I turned to the young man, a curly-haired brown man with glasses, at the register, trying to report the incident to see if there was any way to resolve my situation and get compensation for my loss. The response was as mocking as the employee's smirk: he claimed he didn't know what to say to me. Given the boy's persistent inappropriate behavior, as he continued to mock me, and to prevent the unfortunate incident from escalating, I angrily left the restaurant, found the restaurant's contact information on Google, and spoke to the owner to explain what had happened. He, declaring himself willing to reimburse me for the cost of lunch, very bluntly tells me I should have asked for him right away. I, in turn, conclude by declining the offer but advising him to choose better who he hires. This country of ours is sadly full of untapped value and quality. Too often, business owners prefer to surround themselves with scarce but inexpensive staff rather than invest in the value that awaits the right opportunity. I do not recommend this place: those who don't invest in quality and professional attention don't deserve customers and don't deserve to stay in the market.

30/09/2025: We went today for a quick lunch. They served us right away, and what can I say about the view of the Tuscan countryside? The steak was amazing on the table grill. The meat was buttery, and the homemade fries were never so good. We ended up there by chance, but I think it will become my favorite restaurant when I'm in the area again. Our waitress was sweet and helpful. The prices were very fair. Steak for two, fries, focaccia, water, and wine were €64! And, well, they have a truly amazing olive oil! Recommend, recommend, recommend.

09/09/2025: It's a unique place in a very touristy area. You eat very little, but what you do taste is impressive. I ate the best pieces of food in all of Salento. However, you eat on cardboard plates, which can be a good choice, but I wasn't thrilled with it. The food is good and the price is fair, I'd say. I'd highly recommend it for those who appreciate simple, authentic, and authentic food.
