The place was small and chaotic. Every time the waiters passed by, there was little space, they would throw your coat and bags on the floor.
The food, in my opinion, was of poor quality. I was also dissatisfied with the quantity. I will never return.

22/12/2025: A very beautiful and characteristic historic location—a castle, in short—located in a rural and remote area, not easy to reach via winding, unlit provincial roads. It's in the Salice Salentino countryside, bordering the province of Brindisi, surrounded by vast, diversely cultivated rural land. I was there only because I was invited to a wedding reception with about 200 guests. Unfortunately, the venue suffers from the unique infrastructure of a castle, so the large number of guests didn't allow for optimal management, in my opinion, and I wasn't satisfied. The central space for dancing was also insufficient. The food served was excellent, as was the overall service provided by the staff. Aside from the initial buffet of meat and seafood appetizers, I didn't appreciate the fact that for the final buffet of fruit, desserts, and cake, the guests had to leave their tables at 9 pm, grab their coats, and stay outside in the garden to catch the cold for the cake cutting, before moving on to other areas. This was my only experience at this venue.
15/12/2025: Speechless, the energy this place exudes is magical, enchanting, and meticulously cared for down to the smallest details. The welcome makes you feel special, and the cuisine is gastronomically satisfying.
I hope to return. The driveway leading to the castle alone is breathtaking, with hectares of vineyards.

18/09/2025: We came for an all-you-can-eat meal. My tablemate ordered raw ham, and I ordered cooked ham (exactly four dishes). Two of the cooked ham arrived, and after several complaints about the dishes not arriving, we got up and left. We mentioned this to the cashier, who runs the place, and she told us we should have called the waiters. Not listening to any arguments, she made us pay and stuck to her guns, pretending not to understand what I was saying. I don't recommend eating here; the owners are terrible. We paid €66 for nothing—what a disgrace.

Sono in gravidanza ed il personale è stato estremamente gentile e attento.
Servizio eccellente e molto veloce.
Consiglio l’antipasto misto, il purè di fave e ottima anche la carne.

07/10/2024: Siamo stati lì a settembre e lo straconsiglio. Abbiamo mangiato divinamente ed infatti siamo ritornati lì anche l ultima sera prima di partire. Consiglio il caciocavallo come antipasto e la pasta con cacio pepe e cozze che sono veramente buone ed anche il sorbetto al cetriolo davvero eccezionale. Anche le persone che gestiscono l agriturismo sono state veramente squisite! Vi troverete benissimo e non ve ne pentirete!
12/08/2024: Posto bellissimo, suggestivo per una cena romantica. Cibo eccellente e di grande qualità. Cacio e pepe con polpo sublime, ci ritorneremo senz’altro! Prezzi commisurati alla qualità offerta (molte cose sono di loro produzione).

09/08/2024: Al bar Lucia, fanno il pasticciotto più buono del Salento, oltre a tutto il resto della pasticceria fresca e secca biscotti tipici e di pasta di mandorla. La cordialità di Lucia e tutte le ragazze del suo staff vi aspettano a Salice Salentino-Lecce.
