22/12/2025: A very beautiful and characteristic historic location—a castle, in short—located in a rural and remote area, not easy to reach via winding, unlit provincial roads. It's in the Salice Salentino countryside, bordering the province of Brindisi, surrounded by vast, diversely cultivated rural land. I was there only because I was invited to a wedding reception with about 200 guests. Unfortunately, the venue suffers from the unique infrastructure of a castle, so the large number of guests didn't allow for optimal management, in my opinion, and I wasn't satisfied. The central space for dancing was also insufficient. The food served was excellent, as was the overall service provided by the staff. Aside from the initial buffet of meat and seafood appetizers, I didn't appreciate the fact that for the final buffet of fruit, desserts, and cake, the guests had to leave their tables at 9 pm, grab their coats, and stay outside in the garden to catch the cold for the cake cutting, before moving on to other areas. This was my only experience at this venue.

15/12/2025: Speechless, the energy this place exudes is magical, enchanting, and meticulously cared for down to the smallest details. The welcome makes you feel special, and the cuisine is gastronomically satisfying. I hope to return. The driveway leading to the castle alone is breathtaking, with hectares of vineyards.

05/08/2026: Excellent agriturismo, discovered purely by chance. A 25 euro fixed menu, with generous portions and courses. A very charming location with livestock as a backdrop. :) Thank you for your kindness and for delighting us!

11/08/2026: The food itself was good. However, the service was the worst I've ever experienced. We arrived at the restaurant as a group of ten. We ordered our drinks at the beginning, and it was immediately noticeable that the waiter was doing everything but listening. After the drinks were sorted, we ordered our food. Everyone ordered an appetizer and a main course at the same time. Normally, appetizers (as the name suggests) arrive before the main course. However, one person didn't receive their main course until everyone else had almost finished theirs. Furthermore, another person only received their main course after asking again, because for some reason they assumed that person wanted their pizza later (which I couldn't understand at all, since we all ordered at the same time and that person was the only one who hadn't ordered an appetizer). The worst part was that my friend ordered a mixed side salad, which arrived after the meal and was just plain iceberg lettuce without any seasoning. I have a different idea of ​​what a mixed salad should be. After we complained, all we got was, "You have to understand, we're very busy." That's unacceptable. They won't be seeing me there again. And don't even get me started on the long wait for the food to arrive...

11/08/2026: Unfortunately, it was a real disappointment – ​​the worst service in the world... We've rarely experienced such terrible service. I simply ordered fried fish as a first course and had to wait almost two hours for it. Only after that did my pizza arrive, which was actually the last one served at our table. By then, everyone else had already finished theirs, and I hadn't even received my dish yet. For me, it's simply unacceptable. Food may be a matter of taste, but this kind of service is truly absurd. Waiting almost two hours for the first course and then being served last with the pizza is just too much. A very disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I absolutely wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for attentive and organized service.
