25/09/2024: Nonostante siano tanti anni che veniamo a Pescoluse non conoscevamo questo ristorante. Si trova un po’ all’interno ma dispone di una bella terrazza. Abbiamo cenato in due e devo dire che materia prima, impiattamento e sapori erano al top. Conto commisurato alla qualità del cibo. Complimenti

22/09/2024: Scrivo questa recensione anche se il ristorante Le Scalelle non ne avrebbe alcun bisogno. È stata una serata perfetta. In una spaziosa veranda abbiamo mangiato molto molto bene. Pesce fresco e soprattutto cucinato con esperienza. Uno dei pochi posti in cui è finalmente buono anche il vino della casa. Rapporto qualità/prezzo correttissimo. Fosse più vicino sarei uno dei più assidui abbonati.

28/01/2025: What a fab place. We came and celebrated our 28th Wedding Anniversary here, walking in the dark from Salve, past the cemetery twice to a little oasis where they cook what they grow. Set menu of two offerings per course, with wine and water included for €25 per head. Lovely hostess Fabiana and her Freddie Mercury waiter (his words), cozy atmosphere in a small room with a fire keeping us all toasty and welcoming Italians who allowed a couple of English folks to enjoy a perfect evening. We shall be back and maybe we’ll get our photo on the wall 🤨

09/10/2024: A magnificent farm in a quiet place, welcoming room, excellent genuine food, the owner very helpful and kind, we will definitely return, I recommend it.

04/09/2024: The beating heart of Barbarano del Capo. In the center of the square it is a fixed meeting point for the inhabitants of the town, for those from nearby towns and for foreigners like me, who love Salento but are far from tourists. Thanks to Dario and Giorgio.

09/02/2025: Nice place, good coffee, nice to stay there and chat for a while. Unexpectedly you find yourself as if you were a regular even if it's your first time.

20/10/2024: It's not the first time I've gone to the Blue Cow and I must say that I've always been satisfied..This evening I went with my family and relatives to celebrate my son's graduation..what can I say!!!! All delicious, genuine, all made with their hands... and many many specialties. Quantity, Quality and Price really convenient!!
