24/12/2025: A unique experience, with a knowledgeable, welcoming, and professional staff.
The dinner was sublime, starting with the appetizers, a treat for the palate, and continuing with the delicate yet persistent first course.
The second courses were an explosion of flavors, both the lamb and the cooked veal.
The inevitable dessert was a must...
In short, you have to try it to understand.
Compliments to the chef and his team.
09/12/2025: The location is very unique.
The aperitif was served in a former quarry dug into the ground and later covered with a barrel vault.
Dinner took place in the cellar, where enormous oak barrels, each holding 6-8,000 liters, are stored.
The simple yet refined dinner was appropriate for the unique setting.

06/10/2025: A lovely location, a typical hotel dining room, but very well-maintained. The staff is professional and courteous. The cuisine deserves special praise: for the presentation of the dishes, the abundance, but above all for the quality and exquisite preparation of each dish! We'll definitely have to return to try other dishes, as the menu offers such an interesting selection.

01/02/2026: Terrible service, prices have gone up dramatically over the years. You charge me 3 euros for table service, even though I had to carry the tray myself, set the table myself, and mostly even searched the restaurant for a chair. And you charge me for service too? Maybe you should have paid me.
28/01/2026: The chocolate is incredible! The service is excellent, everything looks delicious, and what I've eaten is very tasty. But the chocolate is truly the best!

01/09/2025: I tried this pizzeria, which I already knew: they changed the flour or dough, and the pizzas are definitely better and more beautiful.
They also serve tasty pucce and bombette.
Excellent value; friendly and helpful waiters, and there's a nice room in the basement with a TV (no Sky).

Nous avons même eu le droit à un cours sur la provenance des produits, se sont des passionnés. Restaurant à faire absolument
