15/11/2025: We went to Papilla this evening and had a wonderful time. The sushi was really good, fresh, and carefully prepared. We had two seafood starters, linguine and Benedetto Cavalieri spaghetti, both excellent. I recommend the deconstructed tiramisu and the apple puff pastry. We finished with a cognac accompanied by dark chocolate and shortbread cookies. The service was attentive, and we felt pampered throughout the evening. Keep up the good work.

12/08/2025: I've been a customer for several years. Cuorespresso is an excellent quality coffee; my favorite is the "DECISO," which has a delicious aroma and fully meets my expectations. The customer service is professional and carefully handles needs and requests. Deliveries are also punctual.

05/08/2025: We've been using Cuorespresso products for several years now, and they're all excellent. When we have visitors, the infusions have solved the problem of what to offer. The coffee is so good, it's better than the one at the bar. The service is excellent; the staff takes care of the customer from order to delivery and is always available for any problems. Deliveries are on time. The overall rating is definitely "EXCELLENT."

23/11/2025: The main courses took longer than expected, but it was worth the wait. We ordered spaghetti carbonara and spaghetti aglio, oleo e peperoncino, and the main courses were especially delicious. However, the mixed fried appetizer was disappointing. The only good thing about it was the fries. But as I said, the pasta was very good. It seems like a casual eatery or a roadside bar, one of those places with a set menu in Spain. They had a lot of variety, and it seemed like the same people frequented it, like a trusted local spot.

02/06/2026: In many European countries, large commercial establishments remain closed on holidays to protect workers' rights and promote a culture of shared leisure. It would be desirable for this model to be seriously considered in this context as well... ...to respect the value of leisure time and the dignity of work. Some closures should be a moral duty, not an optional choice!!! Today, the most important shopping centers are closed, like on all other holidays! Follow their example!!! The radical change is in management; it must be replaced. Managements rotate, shift... especially when it's been the same for twenty years. A single individual cannot, alone, make good or bad decisions for hundreds of workers who today could... and should... peacefully rest with their families. ...regarding your response: I understand that large-scale retail trade must respond to commercial logic and that you comply with the parent company's guidelines. However, staying open on Ferragosto (August 15th) isn't a true customer service, but rather a sacrifice imposed on workers. Customers can easily organize their shopping on the days before or after, while employees don't have the same freedom of choice: for them, it means giving up a day traditionally dedicated to rest and family. Respecting the law is the bare minimum, but that doesn't mean a company can't demonstrate social sensitivity, prioritizing the well-being of its employees over mere profit. I still believe that closing a shopping center on Ferragosto would have been a gesture of care not only towards employees, but also a positive signal for the community.

02/06/2026: It's true, the fault lies with those who decided (for you) to keep you open... But also with those who, having empty lives, will simply come wandering around for no reason! Hugs to all those employees who, once again, forced and because of that person who decided for them, like every year, will have given up a day of celebration... of Life!!! Your attempt to justify the opening is commendable, but: "Thank you for allowing people to shop on Ferragosto... it's a shame your employees had to give up their holiday to allow it." The real service would have been to allow employees to enjoy Ferragosto with their families."

02/11/2025: I'm a longtime customer. I saw this place open when it was just a tiny room, menus were 5 euros, and there were barely any seats. However, I can't help but be nostalgic and a little disappointed to see how it is now. I'm happy and proud of how they've grown over the years, and I recommend them to all my friends, even now that I no longer live in Maglie. The only problem is that the quality-price ratio isn't as good as it once was. I understand that prices are rising, but the piadina I ordered had very little kebab... and even the fries aren't the same portions as before. They used to have plenty of everything: kebab, sauces, fries, condiments, now they're just the bare minimum. Overall, the quantity of everything has gone down, and the prices have gone up. That welcoming homey feel has also been lost. Even the servers no longer smile or joke with the customers like they used to; they always seem stressed and pissed off. I miss that more human and intimate connection. In short, the place has become too bourgeois and commercialized for my tastes... despite that, I'm still loyal and I think it's one of the best kebabs I've ever eaten. Oh, ps. I'm sure the fries and nuggets are from Eurospin because I've seen the bags, so especially since they cost less than average, you could go a bit more generous. pps. I recommend the potato rosti, they're delicious.
