Posto incantevole, altissima professionalità del personale, raffinatezza, disponibilità, serietà e impeccabilità. Cucina sofisticata, attente a tutte le esigenze gastronomiche e culinarie dei commensali! Una sola parola: eccellente.

17/08/2024: Legendary experience, the food is excellent, especially the fish, fresh and well cared for. The service is phenomenal and the environment is also very nice especially outdoors. So I recommend it if you like to spend a quiet and romantic evening.

28/08/2024: I was looking for a pastry shop to buy a cake for my mother's 60th birthday. I find this fantastic place where kindness, efficiency and friendliness are the first things you breathe. I started looking in the fridge to find the cake, but unfortunately there were only cheesecakes and cream cakes left (flavours that my mother unfortunately doesn't like). The boy behind the counter asked me if I needed help, but I declined his invitation, telling him that unfortunately I hadn't found what I was looking for. As I was leaving he comes out of the room and stops me asking me what type of cake my mother liked and I reply that she particularly loves cream. He replies, is it okay if we make a pasticciotto cake? And I reply “Maybe! Except he owes me by midnight!” -“And what's the problem?”- he says to me-“It's ready by 8.30pm!”- It was 7.00pm… in conclusion my mother was happy as ever with the cake, among other things IT WAS VERY GOOD!!!! I will always keep it as a point of reference every time I go to Salento. You are fantastic!!!

Serena trasmette la passione per la Sua arte raccontando come trasforma Prodotti di ottima qualità in un composto Saporito e profumato . Ci sono Tanti gusti dai tradizionali a nuovissimo e ce ne sono Diversi per intolleranti a lattosio Spero di tornare nuovamente per coccolarmi Ancora . E' un gelato Che lascia il segno!

19/10/2024: Excellent value for money, good pizza, fast and professional service. The restaurant is 4 stars because it is small and has little personality. I will return with pleasure.

07/08/2024: Beautiful place, the back garden is truly enchanting. Very good pizza, tasty, balanced, excellent quality ingredients. Perfect size to be able to eat it all. Even though it is a Neapolitan pizza, the bottom of the pizza is thin but not soft! Fantastic! You can even eat a clove with your hands. Too bad about the edges which in my opinion are a little too voluminous and wide... But I highly recommend trying it. Very fast service even though it was Saturday night! I'll be back

07/08/2024: After having tasted krafen (donuts) in several places in Salento, the ones from Dolc'è are definitely the best!!! What's more, the chocolate ones are incredible since the filling is homemade!
