21/08/2025: I've been to this inn and I must say it was a truly pleasant experience. The restaurant is elegant yet welcoming, an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The dishes are delicious and plentiful, a cuisine that satisfies both the palate and the appetite. Special thanks go to Paola, whose professionalism, kindness, and attentive service ensured impeccable service. She's always available for discussion, attentive to every detail, and ready to make every guest feel welcome. All the other staff were also friendly and helpful, but Paola in particular deserves a special mention. Overall, a very positive experience: a place I'll return to and highly recommend!

07/08/2025: Grumpy staff and unwelcoming atmosphere. They had the room inside free and it was cold outside. We waited 40 minutes for 5 pizzas and 15 minutes for a portion of small croccè. The staff were especially very grumpy, saying that we could leave if we didn't want to wait instead of staying there. The only good thing was the pizzas.

24/07/2025: SHAMEFUL EXPERIENCE They treated a pregnant woman SHAMEFUL We arrived at 9:30 PM, and at 10:00 PM the waitress came to take our order and informed us that the wait would be long due to several tables being served. I politely asked if it was possible to bring our two pizzas forward, explaining that my wife is pregnant and was very hungry. The waitress replied vaguely: "Let's see, I can't promise anything." At 10:30 PM we stopped her again: since nothing had arrived yet, I again politely asked to bring ONLY my pregnant wife's pizza forward. She went to ask (I don't know who), then came back and told us that it couldn't be done; they had to serve another table first, and it would take at least another half hour. It wasn't a problem of timing, the kitchen, or management: it was the total lack of humanity we encountered. No understanding, not even when faced with a simple, common-sense request: bringing forward just ONE pizza for a hungry pregnant woman, given that it was 11:00 PM. The waitress was rude, cold, annoyed, and impolite. I hope that waitress, or the owners, should they ever have a pregnant daughter, never be treated the same way. SHAME ON YOU. Update from July 24th, after the restaurant's response: Regarding the owner's response, I feel compelled to make some clarifications, as some inaccurate information has been reported. The reservation was for 9:30 PM, and we arrived at 9:35 PM. I confirm that the waitress came to take our order at 10:00 PM. She informed us that the pizzas would take some time and suggested we order an appetizer. I accepted, and the fries arrived promptly. A small detail: the appetizer wasn't for my wife, who, being pregnant, can't eat fried food. Around 10:30 PM, we stopped the waitress again, who informed us that it would take another 20 minutes and that it wasn't possible to order a pizza early. Two facts emerge: Your restaurant clearly has a slow service problem: it takes an hour and a half to order two pizzas. This is an objective fact, confirmed by the times you've reported. Numerous other reviews complain about very long wait times. It's not about wanting to skip the line, but about asking for a small and reasonable courtesy: bringing a pizza early for a hungry pregnant woman. A simple and humane gesture, which you could have done but chose to refuse. I believe I have every right to leave a negative review and to inform other customers about how these situations are handled. In other contexts, factors such as pregnant women, small children, and customers with disabilities are taken into account precisely to make the wait more fair and reasonable. Finally, I completely deny the accusation of having swore. We politely explained the situation, clarifying that, given the time constraints, we would not continue with the dinner. Best regards
