30/08/2025: We stayed at this wonderful venue for my cousins' wedding, and the experience was simply extraordinary!
An incredible chef, who despite not being vegan, cooked a completely vegan menu with incredible skill: every dish was carefully crafted, tasty, and original, truly worthy of applause.
Special thanks also to the dining room staff, always smiling and helpful, and to the manager, who so kindly responded to my special request for a wheelchair for my dad: there was no problem, in fact, they promptly made it available.
In short, professionalism, courtesy, and quality in every detail. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for an unforgettable event!
29/08/2025: I was a guest at a wedding and was enchanted. The location is beautiful and surrounded by nature, the staff is kind and always smiling, and the food... What can I say? I was positively shocked. The wedding was for a couple of vegan friends, I'm vegetarian and I swear I've never eaten so well in 15 years of choosing. I think it's one of the few places in Italy that offers so much choice. For once, I didn't feel left out because of my ethical choice. It means you have chefs who know their job. It shows. If you're good, you play with food without distinction. Thank you so much ❤️

20/08/2025: The Grange Restaurant in Torre Santa Susanna is highly recommended. The food is delicious and exudes the authentic flavors of Puglia. For me, it's extra special because it's located in my mother's birth village. It feels like time has stood still here, which gives the village so much charm and warmth – and you'll find that same feeling in the restaurant and pizzeria. Tip: on weekends they only serve pizza, but they're absolutely worth it!
14/04/2025: Restaurant très sympathique. Les pâtes sont très bonnes, choix de desserts. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.
Nous avons passé une très bonne soirée.
On recommande.

28/08/2025: This evening we had a delightful evening; despite our late arrival (around 11:45 PM), the staff was there to welcome us warmly.
Between a generous appetizer of cured meats, cheeses, and fried foods and two delicious first courses (orecchiette with sausage and arugula, and spaghetti allo scoglio), we spent the evening in a small, well-kept and very familiar corner of Brindisi.
An ideal place for groups of young people like us, but also for families and couples, especially given the super affordable price! Thanks again to the restaurant.

30/04/2025: Un posto speciale per una serata da ricordare, è un posto che ti resta nel cuore, c'è un'atmosfera tranquilla, un clima ideale per trascorrere qualche ora in tutto relax ed in buona compagnia. Le pizze sono fantastiche, un impasto morbido e gustoso, molte varianti, inoltre il personale è scelto con cura, sono molto professionali e cordiali, sempre sul pezzo.Inoltre anche l'arredamento, ispirato alla stagione autunnale, è carino e gradevole. In questo posto si torna molto volentieri e soprattutto lo si fa volentieri conoscere a parenti ed amici. Grazie Villa Pinciana
28/04/2025: Siamo stati molto bene abbiamo trascorso una bellissima serata a villa pinciana e le pizze sono squisitissime siamo rimasti davvero molto soddisfatti del servizio e ci ritorneremo alla prossima !!!

02/10/2024: Location bella, ma per la grigliata che mi è arrivata, meglio altro, senza infamia e senza lode.
Arrivano prima le verdure grigliate, poi un po' di pane bruschettato e poi la grigliata. Chiedo l'olio, siamo nel cuore della Puglia, Puglia maggior produttrice di olio d'italia, e mi arriva l'olio in busta della biffi, che tutto è forché olio di qualità.. allora chiedo alla cameriera di portarmi dell'olio locale e mi si risponde che non lo hanno e che non è assolutamente possibile averne.
Ci sono rimasto male, ho finito la cena con l'amaro in bocca. Fossimo stato in alta montagna avrei capito, ma non qui...
Se venite a desinare, portatevi il condimento buono da casa, come si fa col il vino non presente in carta.
