It was a wonderful discovery in 2022 while driving around Puglia with friends, and after taking a wrong turn and getting lost among the olive trees and identical roads, we ended up in Torchiarolo. We entered Mr. Claudio and Mrs. Giovanna's restaurant and immediately knew it would be an unforgettable experience. Yesterday, returning to Trieste, we made a detour to return to the place we remembered. The food is always excellent, fresh fish cooked to perfection, and the welcome was unique. Catering done seriously and with professionalism is something few can match. Make sure to book, though. Mr. Claudio, a true professional, dedicates himself and his entire energy to his customers, refusing to fill the room to ensure perfection. Thank you Claudio and Giovanna! In Trieste, there's a little piece of you with us, once again!!

20/07/2025: Dogs in the dining room. Not enough social distancing. Octopus salad with 80% potatoes. Fried cod, but it was a distant relative.
17/07/2025: We ate there twice. Traditional Italian cuisine specializing in fish and seafood. A delight every time. The staff is very welcoming, and the owner listens to her customers. The decor and the sea view are sublime.

21/06/2025: I grabbed two beers and asked a gentleman at the bar to kindly open them for me. He threw me the bottle opener and told me to open them myself. It was very rude and unprofessional. Don't come to this shithole. Shame on you!

28/06/2025: Locale molto carino e personale gentilissimo. Avevamo l'aria condizionata rotta e ci hanno sistemato nella corte avanti il locale. C'era una bella arietta che non ci ha fatto rimpiangere il fresco del condizionatore. Abbiamo ordinato il polpo buonissimo, l'hamburger ottimo, buona la pizza, la tagliata un pò troppo cotta. I fritti buoni e asciutti. Bella la scelte delle birre e il primitivo buonissimo! Torneremo tutte le volte che veniamo nel Salento! Bravi!

29/08/2023: Siamo passati per un pranzo dopo il mare e siamo stati accolti da una proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile. Locale informale. Fritto di pesce e impepata di cozze ottimi ! Ottimo il vino!

04/07/2024: Sono ritornato in questo ristorante essendo della zona ma devo dire che sono rimasto deluso dall' aumento dei prezzi per me eccessiva essendo le porzioni ridottissime mai come ora.
