26/07/2026: We returned...everything was truly delicious. We started with a truly delightful platter of cured meats and cheeses, followed by meatballs with cacio e pepe, which won us over with their flavor and pairing. For our first courses, we chose two different dishes: I chose the ravioli with cacio e pepe and truffle, creamy and rich in flavor, while my wife chose the spaghetti with mussels sprinkled with cacio e pepe, a unique yet successful combination. We accompanied our dinner with water and a glass of rosé. The service was friendly and the atmosphere pleasant, perfect for a quiet evening with your partner. The cuisine showcases the flavors of Salento with some interesting reinterpretations. We'll definitely be back to try other dishes!
