03/04/2024: I'm from Brindisi and I've been going to this place for several years.
I have been living in Milan for 13 years and I am always traveling around the world, so I only come back to Puglia 4-5 days a year.
However, in those 4-5 days, A STOP AT THE OSTERIA DEL TEMPO PERSO IS MANDATORY!
The food is outrageously good!
Refined and refined recipes.
Excellent wine cellar.
I will travel the world, I will eat any dish, but honey-lacquered black pork ribs will always be in my top 3 favorite dishes!
Annamaria, Antonello and all the staff are courteous and welcoming, taking an interest in the customer's well-being.

06/04/2024: It's always difficult to choose a place in tourist locations because there are always many, but this is definitely one that shouldn't be missed.
A warm and evocative place. Furnished with taste and richness of detail.
An amazing cuisine. On Easter day, we tasted appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts... all truly impeccable. Perfectly cooked, balanced flavours... I really hope to return very soon. Last, not least, the kindness and courtesy of all the staff.
Personally, I recommend not to miss the Podolica tartare and the starter with burrata, unsurpassed!
You really can't pass through Ostuni without stopping there!

29/09/2023: Were in Ostuni again today after 5 years and wanted to eat a lot of fish 🐟 again. Unfortunately it was a big disappointment 😔...the fish - fried - itself was good - 5 merluzzo and 6 anchovies - my husband and I each had a plate of mussels au gratin - my husband also cooked pulp with fresh tomatoes 🍅 - 2 small cola. We should pay €85 for that?! My husband then complained and we ended up paying €70. Sorry, but that was a complete rip off! Next time we'll go somewhere else.

18/02/2024: Impasto molto leggero e digeribile, cottura da migliorare per via di qualche bruciatura in più. Nel complesso una buona pizza napoletana. Gentilezza e velocità nel servizio, prezzo giusto per l' offerta ricevuta. Il bagno fuori, una pecca purtroppo.
09/02/2024: Impatto non piacevole, ci sistemiamo sotto una struttura prefabbricata,
poco accogliente, con servizi igienici posti al di fuori della struttura stessa. Detto del servizio, poco empatico, mangiamo delle pizze purtroppo bruciacchiate, in particolare ai bordi prontamente scartati (la bruciatura non rende più buona la pizza, anzi è cancerogena). Prezzi nella media.

31/03/2024: We visited the city of Ostuni, it was lunch time we decided to have lunch in this place which at first glance turned out to be very nice. But once the dishes arrived the service was terrible, food cold and without seasoning. Not to mention the costs, exaggerated and not at all suitable for what was received.
Terrible experience, I don't recommend it at all.
26/03/2024: Everything excellent! We took the Ostuni-style spelled Strascinate and then a mixed meat and potato skewer. To conclude, an excellent homemade dessert! Super satisfied 🤩
