03/11/2025: We stayed for one night in this beautiful Masseria, and what can I say? Everything was impeccable, from the service to the attention to detail. The fireplaces adorning every single room are stunning. The welcome was warm and attentive. I felt pampered from the moment I stepped inside. The food was top-notch, and the breakfast was magnificent, plentiful with both sweet and savory options. In short, an unforgettable stay. Last but not least, the splendid two-hour spa immerses you in a magical world of pampering and relaxation. My rating is 5 stars for everything. An experience worth repeating to fully enjoy the property's many amenities!
25/10/2025: The property is nestled in a large, well-maintained green area composed of several finely renovated buildings, preserving the original character of the place.
The staff is all qualified, professional, and attentive to the needs of the guests.
The tranquility and silence are the strengths of the place. I recommend leaving your watch and cell phones outside to fully enjoy the moments of relaxation that await you.
The staff pampered us throughout, from our arrival through the spa experience and aperitif cocktail, not to mention the dinner that concluded a wonderful evening.
Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
If you want to unplug from a life that has become too fast, Masseria Palombara is the right place.

15/09/2025: We only had the pizza, the classic thin crust one, but it was delicious! The interior is truly beautiful and well-kept. Outside, there's a garden where various events can be celebrated. Everything is lit up with fairy lights. We'll be back!

17/08/2025: The evening was ruined by terrible service, to say the least. We were served by an embarrassing waiter who kept making unpleasant and meaningless jokes. He started by telling us that the octopus was out and that he obviously had nothing to do with it and therefore didn't want to make a fool of himself. When we asked for missing cutlery and glasses, he always responded arrogantly.
The professionalism was absolutely zero. The cuisine was mediocre. We ordered four plates of grilled picanha, and more than half of it was greasy. I'm very sorry, but I absolutely do not recommend this place.
14/08/2025: The restaurant is well-presented, with elegant furnishings and a pleasant atmosphere, and friendly and helpful service. The start was truly promising: the crispy chips, perfectly golden, proved to be the perfect appetizer. The meatballs, soft and flavorful, confirmed the initial good impression.
Then came the roasted octopus... and that's when the magic ended. Aside from a touch of salt, it was practically bland, lacking the intense flavor you expect from such a dish. The texture made things worse: hard, rubbery, and difficult to chew, making the dish more of a test of endurance than a pleasure. A real shame, because with a little more attention to cooking and seasoning, it could have been as good as the rest.

20/08/2025: I come to this pizzeria often and always have a great experience. The pizzas are delicious, with fresh ingredients and a light, non-heavy dough. The service is always friendly and fast, and the atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, perfect for spending an evening with friends. One thing I really appreciated was that they always offered me a limoncello or an amaro at the end of my order, a sign of their attentiveness and kindness to their customers. One of the best pizzerias in the area, highly recommended!
17/08/2025: Nothing to say, everything was perfect, starting from the staff to the quality of the food. If you come to Oria for a pizza, go to Rinù with your eyes closed 👍👍👍

25/08/2025: My family and I decided to have dinner one evening. Ridiculous portions...a paltry grilled meat and ridiculous side dishes (two tiny slices of zucchini and two of eggplant).
Very mediocre for a total of €64 for 4 people.
Avoid, go elsewhere.
19/08/2025: Terrible experience. Ordered 1 mixed roast (very poor), 1 roasted bombette (raw), 1 mixed appetizer in mini pebbles, 1 first course (5 gnocchi), and grilled Erudire (five mini zucchini slices and three eggplant slices).
The quality/price ratio was absolutely inadequate. Avoid.

An authentic taste experience – excellence even away from home
On a short trip outside our hometown, we had the pleasure of discovering this pizzeria/rotisserie, and were truly impressed.
Everything speaks of passion: from the warm welcome to the cleanliness of the premises, from the quality of the ingredients to the care with which each dish is prepared and served. The fragrant pizzas, the light and flavorful fried foods, the genuine simplicity of the flavors speak of a cuisine that doesn't need special effects to be remembered.
It's rare to find places like this, where you can sense true dedication to the customer, attention to detail, and a perfect balance between informality and professionalism. While we can't recommend it directly to our guests because it's outside our area, we feel we must share and promote it.
As tourism professionals and managers of Suite Laurel in Fasano, we know how much quality and authentic hospitality make a difference. And here, we can say with conviction: we truly felt like "guests," not just customers.

21/08/2025: Extremely long wait times (about 2:30 hours from when we sat down)... They came back later to tell us that the order hadn't been passed to the kitchen.
Then, even before the pizzas arrived, they came to the table saying there was no fior di latte.
The drinks were already warm... And after a very long wait, the pizzas finally arrived: good, but burnt on the crust.
A highly appreciated location!

30/09/2025: Mimmo the owner is a very professional and very kind person, I have been a customer for many years and I have ALWAYS eaten very well and at reasonable prices, from the classic pizza to the scrocchiarella and at lunch, everything is truly excellent and authentic, I highly recommend it to everyone.
