17/08/2026: I'm delighted to come from Polignano a Mare to try what, in my opinion, is one of the best pizzas you'll ever eat! The staff is friendly, kind, and always available. Mario, the owner, and all the pizza chefs are true pizza artisans: each pizza is a small masterpiece, crafted with care, passion, and meticulous attention to detail. And then there's the taste, which is truly difficult to describe in words: balanced flavors, never cloying, ingredients that complement each other, and perfect pairings. Every bite is a discovery, and it makes you want to try them all! If you love good pizza, try it: you won't regret it!

23/08/2026: Masseria Lunghiera remains a special place for us, especially for its owners: exceptional, friendly, and helpful people. Over the years, a relationship has developed that goes beyond that of guest and manager: we've practically become friends. They offer advice, guidance, and always strive to make you feel comfortable. This is precisely why I'm sorry to have to point out the only real problem: prices have increased significantly compared to last year. Last year, we managed to dine for an average of 15-18 euros per person, and while on vacation, it was something we could afford every night. This time, four of us spent 98 euros for an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses, a bottle of Primitivo, water, 6 panzerotti, a small selection of mutton (not for everyone), and gelato to finish. I'm not arguing with the quality or the hospitality, which remain excellent. The point is simply economic: over 23 euros per person is starting to become a significant expense if you consider dining here every night while on vacation. Would I go back? Absolutely. Every evening like we used to? Unfortunately, at these prices, not anymore. It's still a masseria I recommend, especially for the kindness and hospitality of the owners and the quality food.

07/08/2026: August 6th. A simply extraordinary dinner at the Santa Chiara Restaurant in Turi, where three couples dined. Kudos to the chef: the quality and freshness of the ingredients are undeniable, and every dish was executed to perfection. From the delicate red shrimp carpaccio to the rich raw fish platter, to the excellent spaghetti alla chitarra with sea urchin cream. The fish main courses were also exquisite (the squid and red mullet were impeccable), and the selection of desserts was delicious and meticulously prepared. Kudos also go to the wine cellar, truly extensive and well-stocked. Despite the owner's absence, the evening went off without a single hitch: everything ran perfectly. The service was extremely attentive, professional, and thoughtful, with fantastic attention to detail, such as wiping the table clean of crumbs before dessert. High-quality seafood cuisine, excellent wines, and impeccable management. An exceptional place in Turi; we'll definitely be back!

23/08/2026: The place is neat, clean, and well-maintained. Efficient and courteous service. The dippers and bread meatballs are perfect (the two children loved them!). The pizzas are crispy, light, and fluffy, and cooked to perfection. A good selection of beers, including a delicious craft blanche. My only complaints: when I booked, I wasn't asked if I'd prefer an outside or inside table (it was my first time trying to book, as I'd never been there before), and we weren't told that the valid menu was the one on the table and not the one downloadable via the QR code on the place card (but that's understandable amidst the chaos of the first sitting). Overall, a more than positive experience.

22/08/2026: We stayed two nights in Turi and chose to dine here after reading the positive reviews. The food was excellent, and the location was perfect. But what will stay with us forever is the service: the staff seemed very agitated and at times on edge. That might sound like a negative, but we actually had a lot of fun. If we ever come back to Turi again, we'll definitely be back. P.S. Luigi, teach your colleagues that you can close the refrigerator without slamming it, gently, like you always did.

01/05/2026: I went for dinner with my partner and we enjoyed everything: delicious vegetable caponata, tasty new potatoes, excellent meat, and exquisite sandwiches and pinsa. Attentive and fast service. Very friendly staff. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing. I highly recommend it.

18/04/2026: Recommended by our Airbnb hosts, this restaurant was a wonderful discovery, so much so that we returned a second time during our stay. The food is typical, high-quality, and local, and highly recommended, especially for meat lovers. The owner, Fernando, took excellent care of us, attentive to our comfort and offering superb advice on choosing dishes and wines. A significant bonus: he speaks impeccable French! A truly delightful experience, we highly recommend this restaurant! Thank you again, Fernando, for such a warm welcome!

19/08/2026: It's a classic, trusted café where I regularly return with a friend for a coffee break. Its strong point is undoubtedly the atmosphere, informal and decidedly familiar, which always makes you feel at home. The service has a few downsides: when the place gets busy, it tends to be quite slow, and the management suffers from a certain lack of professionalism in its attention to detail. Despite these small organizational flaws, it's ultimately a place you inevitably grow fond of. The coffee is good, and the warm welcome makes up for any shortcomings: a regular stop you'll gladly return to.
