20/12/2025: We had a company lunch with Rubino Immobiliare, and we had a wonderful time. The food was excellent, the farm was beautiful, and even the animals they raised were beautiful. Thank you and congratulations to everyone for their kindness and helpfulness.

03/10/2025: I'm leaving this review after a few months. The long-haired waiter's rudeness and discourtesy reached the point where he threw onto the table—in a truly impolite and disrespectful gesture—the meat traceability card we'd ordered from my husband, who had politely requested it out of pure curiosity, as he works in the industry. In this regard, I emphasize the consumer's right to food information, governed by EU Regulation No. 1169/2011. Therefore, even in restaurants, if a customer asks for the origin and other mandatory information about the meat, the restaurant owner or his representative is required to provide it. I only kept my cool because we were with friends and didn't want the evening to be ruined by this kind gentleman's rudeness, but I would have gotten up and left immediately. We've never set foot in the restaurant again, and we never will.
28/09/2025: Welcoming, modern, and refined atmosphere. Prompt and precise service. Dishes are well-balanced, and the menu ranges from appetizers that showcase the local cuisine to sandwiches in various shapes, ending with meat, cooked to perfection in the Josper oven. The desserts are also excellent. A wide selection of wines and, especially, beers is available. Special mention goes to chef Onofrio Squeo, who, in addition to his superb cuisine, welcomes his guests, offers advice, and conveys his passion for his work. Highly recommended, even for children!

12/08/2025: I was looking for a pizzeria with few customers waiting, and here I was served immediately.
I ordered two takeout pizzas (many pizzas on the menu are priced higher than average).
When I got home, I discovered that one pizza wasn't the one I ordered (luckily for me, the price was correct), and the other wasn't cooked enough. The ingredients were all stacked in the center, leaving most of the pizza untopped.
I don't think I'll go back.

The staff is young and quite friendly.
The food could be improved upon for the appetizers.
The desserts are average.
30/12/2025: A welcoming and well-maintained bar. Ideal for a coffee break or an aperitif with friends. The friendly staff are always available with a smile, which really makes the difference. Excellent coffee. Delicious gianduiotti chocolates, made with passion. A must-see in Turi.

21/11/2025: Very good pizzas, excellent place, friendly staff, excellent service, I recommend it as a pizzeria and panzerotti as excellent calzones, excellent cooking, everything excellent I recommend it and also the very good appetizers and very kind and helpful waiters.

The only good thing about the place.
We waited a bit to see each other, even though we had reservations.
Only two waiters on a Saturday, with 70-80 people, maybe more.
Even in 2025, I still see slips of loose order sheets, lost, crumpled, rewritten.
The wait for pizza is notorious: 20 to 45 minutes.
Appetizers are a must, so you don't drink on an empty stomach.
Classic bruschetta, fried vegetables, and fries. All classic but good.
It's a shame there are some cobwebs on the lights; they indicate a lack of cleanliness and attention.

26/07/2025: Luciana si è resa disponibile in ogni momento ne avessimo bisogno, consigliandoci e aiutandoci in ogni modo. La faldacchea parla da sola: a dir poco fantastica!!! Io vengo dalla Lombardia e i miei parenti ne sono rimasti entusiasti, veramente una professionista che ama il suo lavoro, non posso che consigliarla!

03/05/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato la 1' comunione di mia figlia. Che dire, non ha deluso le nostre aspettative! Il posto è incantevole, la cucina favolosa (dagli Antipasti ai primi al secondo), il personale gentile e professionale! Abbiamo ricevuto molti complimenti per la scelta del posto!
30/04/2025: Très belle découverte de la cuisine locale mets et vins grâce à Tedi Tour Operator . Service discret et efficace. Beau décor. Table raffinée (nappe et serviettes en tissu) Ce restaurant vaut le détour Merci au restaurateur pour ce partage

16/11/2024: Il posto è spettacolare. Il Servizio super: non ho mai incontrato persone così gentili e attente. Non abbiamo avuto bisogno di chiedere. Abbiamo degustato piatti squisiti, con materie prime eccellenti. La vera tradizione locale, non una folkloristico imitazione.
