25/07/2025: We spent a wonderful evening with some dear friends at Masseria La Lunghi in Putignano (Turi)! We sampled exquisite cured meats and cheeses, as well as delicious panzerotti!
A very positive note is that they also prepare gluten-free panzerotti for those with intolerances and celiac disease.
The hospitality was warm and friendly!
I recommend it to everyone, especially because it's extremely interesting for families, as the kids have plenty of space to play!

02/06/2025: Lunch with a fixed menu, which includes an appetizer consisting of raw ham, mozzarella knots, a vegetable tartar, a piece of local cheese, a first course placed in the center of the table, consisting of a plate of orecchiette with sauce and another of cavatelli with aubergine sauce, the second course a type of roll filled with local cheese and onion sauce, tender but heavy and difficult to digest for me.
Dessert, panna cotta mousse covered with melted chocolate, with a taste of local cherries.
Quality price everything good, negative notes the lack of description of the ingredients nor of what we were served, then, perhaps because the room was full, the poor service.
New clean and bright environment.

10/07/2025: Excellent grill restaurant in the center of Turi. Beautiful venue. Fantastic atmosphere. But above all, a wide selection of delicious meats and a well-stocked wine cellar. The desserts are also noteworthy. Exceptional.
28/06/2025: Very nice place. Offer that combines classic cuts of meat with local dishes (a very good off-menu of the day). Courteous and very attentive service. The only complaint is the cold plate in which my cut was served, which lowered its temperature a bit.

28/06/2025: I give one star, because unfortunately it is not possible to do less than one, I went to this place eating a fixed menu of 30 euros, the portions to say that they were few is an understatement, we had to share a small dish between six people, absent and unkind staff, terrible food, very salty appetizers, and the meat was the sole of a shoe. I will not return. Oh and finally, serving a plate of rice salad as an appetizer in a restaurant, come on.

26/07/2025: Luciana si è resa disponibile in ogni momento ne avessimo bisogno, consigliandoci e aiutandoci in ogni modo. La faldacchea parla da sola: a dir poco fantastica!!! Io vengo dalla Lombardia e i miei parenti ne sono rimasti entusiasti, veramente una professionista che ama il suo lavoro, non posso che consigliarla!

03/05/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato la 1' comunione di mia figlia. Che dire, non ha deluso le nostre aspettative! Il posto è incantevole, la cucina favolosa (dagli Antipasti ai primi al secondo), il personale gentile e professionale! Abbiamo ricevuto molti complimenti per la scelta del posto!

16/11/2024: Il posto è spettacolare. Il Servizio super: non ho mai incontrato persone così gentili e attente. Non abbiamo avuto bisogno di chiedere. Abbiamo degustato piatti squisiti, con materie prime eccellenti. La vera tradizione locale, non una folkloristico imitazione.

20/03/2025: Posto incantevole, immerso nella natura. Il titolare, il signor Onofrio, ci ha offerto da subito, un'ospitalità familiare, deliziandoci della sua ottima cucina, genuina ed a km 0.
Finito il pranzo, abbiamo deciso di fare una passeggiata respirando quell' aria così pura e il signor Onofrio, ci ha accompagnati a visitare così la sua fattoria, con tantissimi animali.
Un'esperienza davvero unica.
I bambini davvero molto entusiasi e noi grandi molto rilassati...
23/02/2025: Pranzo domenicale in famiglia eccezionale. Qui le materie prime provengono direttamente dall’azienda agricola di famiglia, e si sente! L’antipasto è un’esplosione di sapori, dai salumi e formaggi fatti da loro, alle varie proposte dello chef che valorizzano le verdure di stagione. La parmigiana di zucca? Una vera sorpresa. Molto buoni anche i primi, mentre le carni, provenienti dagli allevamenti di famiglia sono di una qualità elevata, difficile da trovare altrove. Persino le patate fritte hanno un sapore diverso, più autentico e genuino, come quelle fatte in casa.
Per chiudere in bellezza, i rosoli fatti in casa e i dolci sono la ciliegina sulla torta per un pranzo perfetto.
Servizio professionale ma con quel tocco di familiarità che ti fa sentire a casa. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo per provare la vera cucina tradizionale di qualità.
