26/06/2024: Yesterday I was invited to a birthday for the first time here in Torre Belvedere... Location: 10 and praise!!! An exceptional structure to say the least located at the entrance to Rutigliano. Equipped with a parking space, in fact upon arrival there was also a kind valet who showed us where to park; so there is no stress in finding a place.. As soon as you enter you understand that you are not in the usual reception room, you feel like you have just entered a place that you have only seen in your dreams, ideal for those who want exclusivity in their celebration. As soon as you enter you find yourself in a well-kept garden with a patio that we used for dancing and even a swimming pool kept in excellent condition with various colors that created the atmosphere.. Service: 10! As soon as everyone arrived, the waiters were available to arrange a buffet with Spritz, prosecco and a soft drink and at the same time we took advantage of tasting a mix of products in finger food mode... they then set up a table for starters in buffet mode ( chosen by the birthday girl), and what am I telling you to do... Wonder for my taste buds, I have difficult tastes and I must say that the chef got them all right!! An incredible contrast of flavors that for this reason alone I would return 1000 times... followed by an excellent first course served to us at the table: Capunti with asparagus cream with crispy capocollo and crumbled olives, EXCEPTIONAL. accompanied by some excellent fresh Maremosso rosé wine... after which we arrived at the fresh seasonal fruit served in cubes with some tasty ice cream with a crunchy crumble placed on top... And finally to follow the cake..... Gentlemen if you have to come here to organize an event don't go crazy looking for a pastry shop as the cake I tasted was nothing short of exceptional! Music: 10 I'm not an expert in music but we had a lot of fun, an evening of good food and fun. I had the opportunity to speak with the owner and I had to give only praise, for the professionalism, care and concern they have towards the customer is UNEXCEPTIONABLE. From my years of experience in reviewing and seeing structures you can go there with your eyes closed... I attach some photos taken by me

07/01/2025: We stayed from 4th to 7th January. With half board treatment. Beautiful and rustic structure. All in stone as can be seen from the photos I posted. Holiday as a couple. Nice experience. Super deluxe suite with jacuzzi. Relaxation and serenity. Harmony and silence. Abundant and international breakfast. Production of excellent jams. Pleasant dinner with typical products. The wine produced from their vineyards is good. Swimming pool and solarium outside the suites to enjoy in summer. Nice holiday. We felt pampered and at home. We are aware that it is one thing to stay there in the farm in January and it will be a different thing in the summer with the heat. In full heat. We thought we'd test it out perhaps we will return in June to try the structure in the middle of summer. Good and professional. Dear all employees. 31/12/2024: First hosted at Christmas. A forcibly welcoming environment, that is, if you want, it's worse than your own home, I dare say. Among other things, a very sparse menu and above all without the Christmas warmth: not a sweet, not a light that would give the feeling of Christmas. Disappointed .

01/12/2024: Da non perdere! Tutto molto gradito: dall'accoglienza all'ambiente, dalle portate appaganti alla deliziosa musica dal vivo. Ottimo vino. Soddisfatto anche l amico più esigente.Perché non l 'ho scoperto prima? Ci torneremo molto volentieri!

02/12/2024: Ottima pizza a Rutigliano. Il locale è fuori dai soliti giri perché si trova in periferia, ma vale la pena andarci perché fa una ottima pizza. Il servizio è cortese e puntuale e, cosa che non fa male, i prezzi sono contenuti. Straconsigliato!

21/10/2024: Una buona pizza, facilmente digeribile ! Un bel locale nella periferia del paese! Mi aspettavo qualcosa in più, ci siamo venuti apposta da fuori paese! Ma una pizza nella media !!

06/12/2024: Questo posto è perfetto per una serata informale da passare con gli amici. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: Franco e sua moglie sempre attenti alle nostre richieste. Per quanto riguarda il cibo abbiamo iniziato con tanti antipasti, bruschette gourmet e pizze centrali, porchetta FAVOLOSA per concludere con dolci della casa😋. Vi consiglio vivamente Mistral Caffè

23/11/2024: Due to the poor service, after 3 hours of waiting we left without having eaten.

10/11/2024: Experience bordering on the ridiculous. After waiting 1 hour for 2 baked panzerotti I went to ask kindly to prepare my order since they were serving the one after mine (incidentally, in this hour they will have served maybe 10 orders). The boy behind the counter responds to me like a real rude person with “otherwise? What happens if we don't prepare your order?”. As if that wasn't enough, he proceeds to call me arrogant for making a more than legitimate request💀. However, for those interested in the taste of the panzerotto (which I still picked up given the time and the hunger), this was discreet at best, with little filling and the dough was burnt. Terrifying to say the least.
