18/11/2024: Posto accogliente, personale molto cortese e preparato nella scelta nei tagli della carne e per ogni pietanza presente sul menu! Ottima anche la Wine list. Mi sono sentito davvero a casa, lo consiglio a tutti!

17/11/2024: Le Beef é oramai casa per la nostra famiglia. Punto di riferimento per ogni pasto indimenticabile. Tutte le portate (sia le tradizionali che le novità) mi lasciano sempre stupito per la cura e i dettagli anche dei più piccoli particolari. Uno dei tantissimi punti di forza é la cordialità e la gentilezza del personale, ragazzi bravissimi e super professionali. Un luogo dove non ci si stanca mai di andare….

23/10/2024: Descubrí Azetium hace 5 años en un viaje familiar a la ciudad natal de mis padres. Me quedé impresionado por lo que habían hecho para convertir la antigua almazara en un hermoso restaurante. La comida y el servicio son excepcionales. La cocina es consistente con las tradiciones apulianas, pero también es innovadora. Todo está delicioso, pero me gusta particularmente el tagliatelle con barolo y salchicha. Estoy de vuelta en mi ciudad natal y soy habitual en este restaurante. En mi opinión, deberían ser calificados como el restaurante # 1 en Rutigliano.

26/06/2024: Yesterday I was invited to a birthday for the first time here in Torre Belvedere... Location: 10 and praise!!! An exceptional structure to say the least located at the entrance to Rutigliano. Equipped with a parking space, in fact upon arrival there was also a kind valet who showed us where to park; so there is no stress in finding a place.. As soon as you enter you understand that you are not in the usual reception room, you feel like you have just entered a place that you have only seen in your dreams, ideal for those who want exclusivity in their celebration. As soon as you enter you find yourself in a well-kept garden with a patio that we used for dancing and even a swimming pool kept in excellent condition with various colors that created the atmosphere.. Service: 10! As soon as everyone arrived, the waiters were available to arrange a buffet with Spritz, prosecco and a soft drink and at the same time we took advantage of tasting a mix of products in finger food mode... they then set up a table for starters in buffet mode ( chosen by the birthday girl), and what am I telling you to do... Wonder for my taste buds, I have difficult tastes and I must say that the chef got them all right!! An incredible contrast of flavors that for this reason alone I would return 1000 times... followed by an excellent first course served to us at the table: Capunti with asparagus cream with crispy capocollo and crumbled olives, EXCEPTIONAL. accompanied by some excellent fresh Maremosso rosé wine... after which we arrived at the fresh seasonal fruit served in cubes with some tasty ice cream with a crunchy crumble placed on top... And finally to follow the cake..... Gentlemen if you have to come here to organize an event don't go crazy looking for a pastry shop as the cake I tasted was nothing short of exceptional! Music: 10 I'm not an expert in music but we had a lot of fun, an evening of good food and fun. I had the opportunity to speak with the owner and I had to give only praise, for the professionalism, care and concern they have towards the customer is UNEXCEPTIONABLE. 04/09/2024: Restaurant bij ons hotel. Kille eetzaal. Bediening kan echt beter. Niet geïnteresseerd, vergeten veel dingen! Verderop zat een koppel hij ging vol geluid voetbalwedstrijd kijken. Mensen ergeren zich hieraan, werd niets van gezegd. Ook niet na klachten. Eten was verder prima. Opgegeten en weggegaan. Nee hier eten we niet meer

Going beyond all the compliments that are dutiful and easy to spend on (wonderful structure, varied and diversified experience packages, quality food beyond our expectations), I will focus and underline the wonderful work of all the staff, who made it a truly beautiful experience. experience on a wonderful day: booking in the middle of August with total availability (date moved twice due to personal problems, only immediate and courteous responses); pool bar area attendant with impeccable management, guaranteeing an excellent level of service for all of us customers beyond the guaranteed opening hours. Finally, the pearl of the culinary experience: dinner with two courses each, wine and desserts that I think I will dream about until our next booking, all followed by a kind, attentive waitstaff, available for every request. Every member we met this evening made us feel welcome at home, without skipping a round of coffee and local bitters offered by the house and this whole day ended with a cost which, including extras, did not reach three figures. Beauty and quality in this land can be found with relatively little effort, but people like them are the reason why you must sponsor and return with a smile. We thank you!

01/12/2024: Da non perdere! Tutto molto gradito: dall'accoglienza all'ambiente, dalle portate appaganti alla deliziosa musica dal vivo. Ottimo vino. Soddisfatto anche l amico più esigente.Perché non l 'ho scoperto prima? Ci torneremo molto volentieri!

16/10/2024: Sono stato pochi giorni fa e sono rimasto colpito dalla qualità del cibo in particolare vi consiglio di provare i porcini e la selvaggina... Ottima anche la cantina vini!
