Very kind and helpful staff. All the food was good (we took hot appetizers, sliced beef, a first course, potato chips). Prices I would say are fair. Congratulations, good first one!
18/01/2025: The restaurant is modern, well-kept, bright and welcoming. They have a wide selection of fine cuts and the quality of the meat is very high. I tasted the SASHI beef and it was delicious and tender, the appetizers were very good and prepared, the quantities are plentiful so I suggest not to overdo it 😅 The care in the preparation and presentation of each dish is impressive, it is so impressive that you would like to taste everything. Good choice of wines, excellent desserts. Excellent value for money, friendly owner and friendly staff. I absolutely recommend it.

23/12/2024: We were 13 people on Saturday at 7.45pm pizzeria closed they didn't open despite the reservation. We sat down after a while. Being a restaurant, we asked if it was possible to order only the pizzas over and over again in the reservation... they told us that it is not possible to order the pizzas for everyone except in the center and after the starters. The starters for 10 for me were for 5. The pizza arrived on the first round cold and so thin that I had to make 3 rounds of pizzas to satisfy my hunger, however I paid for appetizers for 10 and pizzas for 13... when in a normal pizzeria on the first round of pizza we had to be full. I just wanted a pizza each and in a normal place I can't finish it.....Even the starters were poor
17/11/2024: We came to this restaurant as guests of friends. On the outskirts of Rutigliano, a beautiful place, an ancient building made entirely of tuff. At the far end is a beautiful garden where you can eat in good weather. Cozy atmosphere, open kitchen. They also have a pizzeria. There are land and sea proposals. We have chosen a mixed proposal. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are attentive to intolerances. He ate well. The desserts are also good. Good wine list.

21/12/2024: To celebrate our little girl's first birthday we chose this location (suggested by a couple of friends) after seeing several. Torre Belvedere immediately struck us with its garden and stone rooms which give the internal environment a sense of warmth and welcome. Paola and her team were the icing on the cake! They immediately understood how we wanted to organize the party and went beyond all our expectations, allowing us to make that day memorable not only for us but also for our guests. We have certainly found our favorite location which will avoid us having to make many more trips to other rooms for future events.

07/01/2025: We stayed from 4th to 7th January. With half board treatment.
Beautiful and rustic structure. All in stone as can be seen from the photos I posted. Holiday as a couple. Nice experience. Super deluxe suite with jacuzzi. Relaxation and serenity. Harmony and silence.
Abundant and international breakfast. Production of excellent jams. Pleasant dinner with typical products. The wine produced from their vineyards is good.
Swimming pool and solarium outside the suites to enjoy in summer.
Nice holiday.
We felt pampered and at home.
We are aware that it is one thing to stay there in the farm in January and it will be a different thing in the summer with the heat. In full heat. We thought we'd test it out
perhaps we will return in June to try the structure in the middle of summer.

A forcibly welcoming environment, that is, if you want, it's worse than your own home, I dare say. Among other things, a very sparse menu and above all without the Christmas warmth: not a sweet, not a light that would give the feeling of Christmas.

18/01/2025: Locale situato in una zona periferica di Rutigliano, la pizza è ottima in tutte le sue versione, impasto altamente digeribile e molto variegata la scelta dei condimenti, assolutamente da provare.
02/12/2024: Ottima pizza a Rutigliano. Il locale è fuori dai soliti giri perché si trova in periferia, ma vale la pena andarci perché fa una ottima pizza. Il servizio è cortese e puntuale e, cosa che non fa male, i prezzi sono contenuti. Straconsigliato!

10/11/2024: Experience bordering on the ridiculous. After waiting 1 hour for 2 baked panzerotti I went to ask kindly to prepare my order since they were serving the one after mine (incidentally, in this hour they will have served maybe 10 orders). The boy behind the counter responds to me like a real rude person with “otherwise? What happens if we don't prepare your order?”. As if that wasn't enough, he proceeds to call me arrogant for making a more than legitimate request💀.
However, for those interested in the taste of the panzerotto (which I still picked up given the time and the hunger), this was discreet at best, with little filling and the dough was burnt. Terrifying to say the least.

The price is very honest
There is no table service, it can sometimes be difficult to find a free table

06/12/2024: Questo posto è perfetto per una serata informale da passare con gli amici. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: Franco e sua moglie sempre attenti alle nostre richieste. Per quanto riguarda il cibo abbiamo iniziato con tanti antipasti, bruschette gourmet e pizze centrali, porchetta FAVOLOSA per concludere con dolci della casa😋. Vi consiglio vivamente Mistral Caffè
