22/03/2024: What can I say, I heard about this place from friends who advised me to try it.
The staff was immediately available for booking.
The place is not bad, it allows you to choose the meat both at the table and as soon as you enter, where you are presented with a nice display of choice of meats which I appreciated.
The staff is quite fast, helpful and friendly.
Meat is the highlight of the whole evaluation.
We tried quite a few things so we could test the quality of the meat on several fronts, and on all fronts we were satisfied.
With a really good cut, very good cooking of the meat and a very pleasant taste.
I recommend it for anyone near Palo who wants to treat themselves to a bit of meat, at a modest price.

The ice cream is very sweet but at reasonable prices.
The flavors of the ice creams are not all displayed and I didn't like this.

16/04/2024: Saying an excellent pizza is not enough, it is a taste experience, the staff are courteous and helpful, the owner always satisfies our palate, I recommend trying the Nicoletta pizza.

08/10/2023: First time in this restaurant, beautiful, refined, classy in the historic center of Palo del Colle, furnished with care, we are welcomed by the owner in a very polite way.... alas, the positive points end here. The menu only offers not exactly cheap pizzas starting from €12, which unfortunately seem like a mix between a pinsa and a focaccia cooked in an electric oven... the dough is rubbery, heavy, it's hard to eat half of it, finishing it is a The stomach will have to work all night to digest this titanic task. Sorry, we had other expectations reading the positive reviews.

07/04/2024: We entered this place for the first time on a Sunday in OCTOBER and after having lunch we were left speechless.. Very kind owner.. Superlative menu.. Very fresh fish.. Special desserts.. After that Sunday we returned often.. After having traveled around a lot we finally found a restaurant 🔝🔝🔝🔝 in everything.. Thank you

24/03/2024: A very nice restaurant, the food is good, the pizza is truly fantastic! What I appreciated is that nowadays they serve more and more Neapolitan-style pizzas instead they give the possibility to choose, without taking anything away from the Neapolitan pizza, but ours is also really good and I must say that at Cibaria the pizza is really very good... unfortunately we went on a Saturday evening and therefore the waiting times are longer, I hope to go during the week.
The staff very friendly.
13/03/2024: Excellent appetizers, excellent sandwiches, equally the pinsa.
The pizza (the dough was good), depending on the tastes and therefore the toppings, was not cooked properly.
We were delighted with the set of dishes used.....better than at home.
Excellent beers on tap and compliments to the owner who welcomed us and served us like friends.
The only flaw is the door between the external and internal environments which has often put the service workers in difficulty.

04/01/2024: We found ourselves here in Gioia del Colle, and after lots of advice given on site for this pub pizzeria we wanted to go and try it for ourselves.... it was the best thing we could have done.... exceptional pizzas, crazy platters surrounded from an excellent service and a beautiful environment.... I will recommend it to everyone because it really deserves it.... more than excellent prices

07/04/2024: very small, narrow place, you can't move in the slightest, the staff doesn't even smile when paying, prices much higher than average, for what they charge they could even fill them, but no, a swipe of the knife and off you go... I'm amazed that it's so full, but 99% of them are kids who do After and would even be satisfied with a piece of wet bread due to the munchies
05/03/2024: Ho assaggiato il loro cornetto è devo dire buono buono quello ai cereali con crema di limoni di Sorrento o al cioccolato, ma francamente ne volevo assaggiare un altro e ho chiesto un consiglio e mi hanno fatto provare un cornetto ai cereali martellata di fragola, cioccolato bianco e scaglie di cioccolato fondente.
Bravi tutti ma i miei complimenti a Martina per avermi consigliato questi abbinamenti superlativi.
Grazie ci ritornerò sicuramente
