14/06/2026: If I could have given zero stars, I would have. I've traveled a lot in my life, but this is the first time I've ever given such a negative rating. Every day brought an unpleasant surprise. - We booked an apartment partly because of the washing machine, as we have a child. The first time we tested it, the machine didn't work. The hotel sent a technician who confirmed it was broken (the machine was over 20 years old, with rust, a strong odor; the technician himself said the filter was dead). The hotel's response: the machine was working before we arrived; we broke it ourselves. - The kitchen was practically useless, with many utensils missing (no colanders, no water, no bowls). Was it really worth booking an apartment? - On our third night, we returned from Bari at 11 p.m. There was no water in the taps. The hotel's response was, "We're aware of the issue," and then they hung up. No explanations, no apologies. We went to bed filthy. - The hotel's condition is nowhere near what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel; 1 star at best. - Given the restaurant reviews, we decided not to try it. - The hotel has a very chic beach club, but it's not for hotel guests, only for non-guests. We were shown the section for hotel guests, and it was indeed nothing like it. - Swimming in the sea was impossible, despite what the photos showed. Too dangerous. - A swimming cap was mandatory for the pool, which is rather odd for a hotel. I obviously took photos of everything in case the hotel disputes my review.

10/06/2026: Three hundred empty sun loungers, not a single guest, and they made a fuss because we were supposedly in the wrong position. So, from now on, two more will remain empty. Good luck.

03/06/2026: I stopped in to pick up some sweets to bring to my cousin's apartment. I purchased an assortment of delicious cookies with the help of one of the staff. My package was expertly wrapped, and I went on my way. it was a Sunday morning, and the place was doing a brisk business, so I assume it is quite popular.

02/05/2026: I frequent this café for breakfast and a few afternoon snacks. The coffee, croissants, ice cream, and yogurt are excellent. Although I've noticed the prices are higher than other cafés in the area.

13/12/2025: The place is very welcoming, clean, the staff are friendly, and the service is fast. A pleasant place to spend a quiet evening, but... Tagliolini with scampi had something special about it, a not-so-pleasant flavor, definitely due to the fish not being particularly fresh. It didn't smell good or taste good. The roasted octopus was good but tough. The baked potatoes were good. The sorbet was unimaginable, basically just ice chips. It's definitely a good place for pizza (though I haven't tried it), but otherwise, it's not up to par.

08/11/2025: Unfortunately, I ordered a gluten-free pizza, happy to finally have found a pizzeria that made it. Instead, I ended up with a frozen pizza base with added toppings. A real disappointment! Absolutely avoid it.

27/08/2025: Very good ice cream shop with a wide variety of flavors. The ice cream is very creamy and firm, a sign that it's made with fresh, high-quality milk. Rating: 8.5. Worth a try.

07/04/2026: We happened upon this place in Giovinazzo one evening with friends. It's a decent, average place, a bit more average. Next time, I'd avoid the tables down in the cave because it gets colder. Prices are average.
