06/10/2025: It's even a bit too much to give one star.
I ordered a cake three days in advance. On the day of pickup, just before 1:00 PM, Mrs. Carmela, the owner of the ice cream shop, contacted me and told me the cake had fallen. I can't tell anyone! What a shame!!! I've ordered cakes before, but nothing like this has ever happened! 😡😡😡😡
Scandalous!! Shame on you!!!
