10/10/2025: We ordered takeout, and thank goodness! It was a Thursday night, so they were on time. I had a beef strip sandwich... it was so tough I couldn't take a bite... and the bacon was too (I'd post a photo, but I'm not aware of that option). It seems the quality is poor... even though I paid a whopping 11 euros for the sandwich. (I really liked the fries, though; I can't comment on that). Unfortunately, I'm glad you ate at home, because eating that sandwich was a disaster. My friends chose pizza instead and were less disappointed.

18/10/2025: Located in the historic center but easily accessible by car. Very welcoming. Exquisite, refined, and very special appetizers. The panzerotto is truly top-notch!!! Spaghetti all'assassina according to the best tradition. Very delicate second courses. Well done!!!!

You will eat very soft meatballs, very tender shrimp and octopus Even though the picacha arrived a little late in cooking Sometimes they dare a little more in some dishes, so be careful to approach it with a spirit of discovery In summary I would gladly go back!

21/10/2025: If you want to go and have fun with your family, the venue a little outside the city is ideal, there is music, food and good beer, suitable mostly for families not for young people, the only thing was that more things were marked than those actually taken, but in the end they resolved it very kindly.

22/08/2025: I recently visited the butcher's shop and rotisserie in Acquaviva and I must say the quality of the meat is excellent: tender, flavorful, and perfectly selected. The variety is excellent, and you can sense the care taken in selecting the ingredients. The service is friendly and very welcoming; in particular, the restaurant owner's daughter stands out for her courtesy and professionalism, making the experience pleasant and personal.

27/08/2025: I tried the pasta all'assassina at this trattoria and it was a real surprise: perfectly cooked, perfectly crispy, and with that smoky, slightly spicy flavor that makes this dish unique. The portion was generous and beautifully presented, with just the right amount of charring that distinguishes the true assassina from Bari. The friendly service and family atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to try a traditional Apulian dish prepared as it should be.

06/09/2025: The staff was incredibly rude. Aperitif €23 We waited almost an hour for all the food to arrive, plus the undercooked pizzas and panzerotti.

05/10/2025: Let's start with the pizzas: very good, unique, easy to digest, and the place is very beautiful, there's no doubt about that, so I recommend you try them. Moving on to things that could be improved: the one-hour wait for a pizza was truly unnerving, and for an hour (from 8:30 PM to 9:20 PM) I didn't even see a single pizza pass by; all the tables—too many—were waiting, their eyes glancing toward the entrance, looking for a pizza. The air circulation and smoke from the oven also need improvement, as cold air was coming in from outside. I think that by working on reducing the wait during the busiest hours, they could significantly improve the overall experience.
