26/06/2025: Great experience! The sausage sandwich was really tasty: quality ingredients and well-balanced flavors. The bread, although not crunchy, was still fresh and accompanied the filling well. The real stars, however, were the black pork bombette with lemon: tender, juicy, with a citrus note that makes them unique and irresistible. A delight that alone is worth the stop! Quick and courteous service, simple but genuine atmosphere. Highly recommended for those looking for authentic flavors of the Apulian tradition. 🍋🐖🔥

26/06/2025: A real surprise from Paolo e F.lli in Acquaviva! I tried the stuffed panzerotto, truly spectacular: crunchy on the outside, stringy and tasty on the inside, prepared with care and quality ingredients. The white pizza with buffalo mozzarella and raw ham alla caprese was an explosion of freshness and taste: light and well-cooked base, creamy buffalo mozzarella, sweet raw ham and perfect cherry tomatoes. Balanced, tasty, simply delicious. And to finish, a fragrant and well-seasoned arancino: tasty but not heavy, one of the best I've ever tried in the area. Fast and friendly service, fair prices. A must-see for those who love street food made with heart and quality.

06/07/2025: We loved the place! We were served by the owner himself, very friendly and kind. We ate delicious food! We ordered several starters to try, and everything was delicious. For our main course, we ordered orecchiettes and the steak, and both were spectacular!

10/07/2025: I enjoyed an excellent and unique pizza called the "Margherita" (a poorly executed pizza). Its simplicity and the quality of the ingredients made it a hit with both me and my friend. The service was excellent, with a wide selection of quality beers and wines. The price was a bit steep, but it was worth it. Totally satisfied. I'll definitely be back!

10/07/2025: Ogni anno da livorno scendo in puglia per una vacanza, questo ristorante è una tappa obbligatoria, qualità della carne eccezionale e porzioni estremamente generose come il personale, bravissime persone super accoglienti. Senza dubbio la miglior braceria che conosco!
