02/03/2025: Fabulous place, friendly staff, clean and spacious room between one table and another and the pizza....... Very good, well cooked, tried all 4 doughs, senator, cereals, Napoli and normal. The fried food is very crunchy and the beer on tap is excellent. Wide range of excellent quality craft beers. The dessert is a spectacle for the eyes and the palate. Compliments

Every detail is taken care of with attention. As on past occasions, we had dinner at Cecenero restaurant and it is always a journey of authentic flavors, with delicious dishes prepared with passion and quality ingredients. Breakfast at Scaccomatto completed the experience with tasty proposals, perfect for starting the day with the right energy. Thank you Nicola for really making the difference. Cecenero rooms is a place to return to!

27/02/2025: The restaurant "Cecenero" is located in Acquaviva delle Fonti (BA). It offers a more than good service and also provides its customers with a pizzeria service. Friendly, professional staff, quick table service. The menu is varied and offers a selection of meat and fish dishes. Good value for money. Personally I have only used the restaurant service.

08/03/2025: My wife and I don't eat meat or fish, and since it was Wednesday, therefore a fairly quiet evening, the owner went out of his way to provide us with a trolley of vegetarian appetizers. Result... EXCEPTIONAL! Fried artichokes, very high quality stracciatella with pistachio, radicchio and smoked scamorza, grilled vegetables, amazing turnip tops, cardoncelli mushrooms, local olives cooked as per tradition and to finish, a delicacy called chiacchiere with smoked scamorza. Very high quality pasta and pizza and I tried the basic dough, let alone the others. Delicious porcini mushrooms, difficult to find such quality at that price. For dessert, a nice Ciccio with Nutella, which is a worthy end to a dinner that made us feel like two princes. Very fast and attentive service to remove empty plates. Definitely excellent value for money. I don't understand the previous reviews that complain about slow, inattentive service and the rudeness of the owner, who instead is a very kind person and always available to make the customer happy. I can imagine that things on a Saturday night might be slightly different, but even if you go out to eat a pizza on a Saturday night, like hundreds of other people at the same time, consider having a little patience and respect for those who are working to make you have a good evening. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who follows a vegetarian or vegan diet. The only precaution is to point this out at the time of booking so that the staff can prepare as best as possible. 23/02/2025: I was there last night with a friend, we went around 9.40pm and it's a butcher's shop that also doubles as a grill.. what can I say.. despite it being a Saturday evening we arrived late, I must say that we didn't wait very long.. let's say about 25 minutes more or less, the place wasn't very full, and in my opinion I can say that the wait was good, we got some good meat bombettes and some meat skewers.. really excellent, I liked it a lot... let's say that for 2 people we paid more or less €30 each.. then it depends on what you take.. but for me the value for money is good... for having taken several bowler hats, 2 beers (1 each) and 1 liter of water... top for me.. congratulations gentlemen 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

16/03/2025: Homely and very welcoming place, from the owners to the staff. Excellent quality of raw materials, exceptional guinea fowl burgers, not to mention the bread and tomato, it feels like eating at grandma's house. With a €25 fixed menu there's really a lot of stuff. The house wine is also very good. There were five of us plus a child, who was not included in the bill, despite having tasted almost everything. A truly highly recommended grill for those who want to eat excellent meat and pay the right price!

09/03/2025: I had the pleasure of dining at Olio di Acquaviva and I must say that the quality of the food was truly excellent. The dishes were well prepared, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavours. However, the experience was slightly tarnished by the slow service. The wait between courses was a little long, which made the evening less pleasant. Despite this, I highly recommend the restaurant for its excellent cuisine. I hope that the service can be improved in the future, in order to make the overall experience even more satisfying.
