I had a great time there and so. However, for the first courses and second courses, especially boiled with Pearà, I recommend it as a truly authentic restaurant.

10/03/2025: Il pizzaiolo ha partecipato al campionato mondiale dei pizzaioli arrivando 13simo su più di 500 partecipanti e si vede, anzi, si assapora sul palato. La pizza è davvero buona dall'impasto leggero che non ti lascia appesantito. Ho ordinato un calzone rivisitato chiamato Anello d'amore che ho trovato strepitoso nel sapore ma anche nella forma. Prezzi giusti per la qualità della pizza. Se questa pizzeria fosse dove abito (purtroppo a Valeggio era di passaggio) sarebbe diventata il mio punto fisso e di riferimento dove mangiare un'ottima pizza....!!!!

31/03/2025: +Top location +Reception very friendly +Breakfast was great +Room ok +Parking space in front of the house - Mozarella ran out on Wednesday and, even though we asked for it daily, still not available on Sunday. - the room was uncomfortably heated because there was an inspection door behind the desk and a lot of heat from the exhaust air behind it was flowing into the room. That's why we had to leave the balcony door open. But there was the large stainless steel fireplace on the balcony, the exhaust noise of which could sometimes be heard until after midnight. We didn't like that.

02/03/2025: Very nice hotel, clean and with bright rooms. Delightful staff, I had a problem with the hairdryer and I wanted an extra blanket and they did their best to get me everything in no time. Full and good breakfast, half board restaurant with excellent dishes, friendly and affable dining room staff. They know how to make you feel welcomed. Well done.

11/03/2025: I recently went to Paglia e Fieno and the experience was really positive. The environment and atmosphere are really pleasant and the service is made up of young, attentive and friendly guys. I tried both the pizza and some dishes from the kitchen, all delicious and prepared with excellent quality ingredients. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place to enjoy excellent dishes in company.

01/04/2025: Another of places I have been visiting during many years of time. Which is a good thing 😊 Don’t expect any familiar approach of the waiters - they are professional, yet little impersonal. The food has always been good, thought sometimes inconsistent. On my last visit, the house wine was not nice at all. Please do something about it.

06/01/2025: Ristorante diviso in due zone non comunicanti ! Noi abbiamo pranzato nella zona esterna al bar e servizi. Camerieri efficienti. Attenti ma non invadenti. E....finalmente con il cartellino con il nome! Cosa da non sottovalutare per fare lavorare bene ! Cibo ottimo Risotto anche per 1 persona che solitamente non si fa se non in due persone. Location nuova. Cemento e pietre . Sedie molto comode. Spero di tornarci Non ho dato il massimo dei votoi solob per il bagno estero al ristorante.

20/01/2025: Typical place, well kept. Helpful and attentive staff. Good dishes and excellent times. You can feel the authenticity of the things they offer. Not a huge menu but ready to fully satisfy different tastes. Price in line with the quality of the product. Must try.

Disgraceful cover charge, 2.70 for an American placemat. I don't recommend it. When you say you want to eat a pizza you cannot find an apparent pizza on your plate, wider than the plate but stretched out to be a millimeter thin... I would like to point out that the Drago pizza does not cost 9.00 as per the previous review, but 12 euros.
