15/01/2026: I've known Passaparola since they opened in the early '90s, and it's never disappointed me. An excellent pizza bar serving pan pizza and all sorts of delicacies, like bruschetta and super-stuffed sandwiches.
Add Hoegaarden on tap and...what else?

The lines are unbelievable, but the philosophy for those waiting is to take the time to escape the frenetic pace of modern life and enter a small, ancient world of craftsmanship and decades-old tradition. Even watching the pizza chef prepare and bake the pizza takes us back to another era. And it's also a chance to chat with the people there. A return to the past that leaves a lasting impression. It reminds me of the old bakeries of Venice in the '60s and '70s, when I used to go with my parents to visit my uncle, who was a baker, getting up at 2 a.m. The effort and dedication to making the best bread possible. In short, if you're not in a hurry to eat, dedicate an hour and put your phone in your pocket. The spectacle is always the same, but timeless.
06/01/2026: A magical place with incredible pizza, just one flavor to choose from, but of the highest quality. It's worth waiting in line for an hour to try it, and you'll definitely be satisfied. I also recommend trying their castagnacci cake. You can also eat inside, as there are tables available. Thank you for the experiences you've had all these years.

20/08/2025: Everything was very welcoming, the food was excellent, fresh fish cooked well, and the fried fish was fantastic, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, a sight to behold. The pizza was also very good, with fresh, tasty ingredients. The desserts were delicious. I highly recommend it!
15/08/2025: The atmosphere is quiet, and the staff are very kind and friendly. We had a seafood dinner, which was fresh and delicious.
In short, the service and food were excellent.
We come here often and definitely recommend it!

01/01/2026: We didn't get the welcome aperitif as I was told, I'm talking about New Year's Eve dinner, from one course to the next, it took over 45 minutes, too many people, the music was so loud that the tables on the dance floor were constantly vibrating, intense smoke was blowing out, the air was unbreathable to be able to dance, there were 8 of us, 6 slices of panettone and we paid for coffee and water, very disappointed
06/09/2025: We went to this restaurant last night. The place is lovely, right on the beach, and the staff was very kind. It's a shame we didn't have a good meal: the pizza was burnt, the tiramisu and the pistachio dessert weren't good at all. What a shame.

21/12/2025: Every now and then we stroll around the center of Chioggia and before heading home we stop by to pick up some pizza for dinner.
We usually order a pan, even if it's too much, but we leave some for the next day.
The pizza is unique due to its dough.
The ingredients are always top-quality.
The prices are reasonable.

11/02/2026: A seemingly nice restaurant with a good menu, but in reality, it was a negative experience: uncomfortable chairs with broken backs, a room packed with tables, abundant but greasy fried food with breading that peeled off the fish, tasteless clams, and very expensive for what you order.
Not recommended! There are restaurants in Chioggia where you can eat much better and spend less!

10/09/2025: We highly recommend everything. Breakfast was excellent. The staff found and returned our luggage. It was a pleasure to search for it, rather than having to forget about anyone's help once you're gone. I recommend it for families. It's close to the beach and other attractions, and the connection is good.
