01/02/2026: We went to the restaurant to celebrate our daughter's birthday. From the appetizers to the coffee, all the dishes were carefully prepared and beautifully presented! Excellent service and reasonable prices. I highly recommend it.

01/03/2026: A restaurant-pizzeria with a retro feel!
Very homey and inattentive service.
You wait a long time from ordering a pizza to its arrival.
The pizza is very large but extremely thin (it seems as thick as a piadina).
The ingredients were not of high quality (for example, the Philadelphia cheese pizza looked like it was placed with a garden shovel, a whole tub divided into four sections inserted into the four corners of the pizza; very unpleasant to look at and especially to eat).
What left me perplexed is that I think it's inappropriate to charge €1.50 for the box to take away the pizza after a bill of over €400...! Truly inelegant.
I definitely won't be returning.
01/03/2026: So today I happened upon this restaurant, which from the outside doesn't look like much, but inside the atmosphere changes.
I ordered peppered mussels, which was pleasant, but it arrived with tomato sauce. I wanted it plain, okay, I ate it anyway, but it was a shame it had no flavor at all.
Then I had to wait for the other tables to order their starters so they could bring out a dish for me too, since in this restaurant starters are for two people and I'm one.
Okay, we're waiting. It's been more than 35 minutes, and finally they bring me the starter, a good seafood risotto. The wait was long, but it was worth it, the risotto was good, fortunately.
Since I'm still hungry, I had a small grilled fish dish made. I'm waiting.
Okay.

23/11/2025: All the other pizzerias were closed this evening, so we ended up at Alle Gru. It looks rather unassuming from the outside, but the pizza menu is impressive. Piero, the owner, gave us excellent advice and helped us choose the perfect pizza from the 70 available. There were six of us, and the pizzas all arrived at the same time and were delicious. As an amuse-bouche, we had a pizza fries, just like in the South. We had a lovely evening here and want to come back. Keep up the good work!

This pizzeria is the queen of waiting!
When we arrived, there were 5 people waiting 45 minutes for a table!! Kudos to them! We waited 20 minutes, but when other customers arrived, with reservations for a half-hour after ours, the waiter seated them almost immediately. We didn't let that deter us; we waited another 15 minutes and then, alas, had to abandon this challenge. We went to a nearby pizzeria (Da Mario) that offered us a complimentary table as soon as we arrived, even without a reservation; it was very good. I'll definitely be back!

17/02/2026: A lovely restaurant on Jesolo's main street, offering both meat and seafood. We had the octopus as an appetizer, followed by a tuna steak and a beef steak; everything was delicious. Prices are quite high, but in line with other restaurants in the area.
05/11/2025: A very cozy and nicely decorated restaurant. The service was very friendly, and we felt very well taken care of. Service is clearly a top priority here, and it shows.
We also received an amuse-bouche, which was excellent. I tried oysters for the first time – a real treat!
The food was also very good. A great restaurant, highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.
Parking recommendation: There's good parking nearby at Piazza Trento, by the church. Parking is subject to a fee on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays from 9 am to 6 pm; otherwise, it's free during the week.

20/11/2025: incredible! if you need a spot for lunch while visiting Burano this is the place. we had the calabrese pizza and it was one of the best things we ate in italy. truly a perfect pizza. we also had a bottle of rosé and it was wonderful. staff was very kind as well. could not recommend it enough!
