25/05/2025: Ci siamo fermati per puro caso non essendo della zona, ma per fortuna perché era da tempo che non mangiavamo una pizza così buona . Noi siamo napoletani è amiamo la pizza un po' alta, ma qui abbiamo trovato una pizza molto simile a quella Napoletana. Peccato che non posso dare più di cinque stelle altrimenti vi darei 10 . 10 stelle per la passione e l'impegno del titolare e di tutti i ragazzi che lavorano in pizzeria! Veramente complimenti! Il proprietario un ragazzo gentile ,molto cordiale . Da tornare assolutamente. Un abbraccio Katia e Simone

26/04/2025: Più che un punto pizza è un punto di incotro, con personale sempre gentile e veloce. Tutte le volte, ho se.pre trovato un'ottima pizza. Vale sicuramente la pena di provare.

26/06/2025: We are an hour from the Chioggia market and what do you propose?? Spaghetti with seafood and defrosted fish that tastes like fresh??? But is everything okay? Dirty prawn with intestines, huge mussels still stuffed from the freezer. Maybe the fixed menu is better, which is food of the day... what a disappointment. Very kind staff, nothing to say. Owner?! Fix these dishes, okay?

28/05/2025: Tragic experience at Pizzeria Gennaro: an evening to forget Dinner at Pizzeria Gennaro should have been a happy and festive moment, an opportunity to enjoy a good pizza with the family to celebrate the end of our children's school year. Instead, it turned into a nightmare. After an interminable wait of an hour and a half, the place was full but there was just as much staff available, we were served pizzas that to call mediocre would be an understatement. The dough was raw inside, heavy, almost sticky, while the edges were burnt. To complete the culinary disaster, a rubbery mozzarella, devoid of any flavor, that seemed more like an industrial product from a discount store than a fresh and quality ingredient. The bill, moreover, was exorbitant. An unjustifiable amount for a dinner that was, in all respects, a torture. To make a painful but necessary comparison: the pizza at the kebab shop tastes better and is better than the one we were served here. We ordered four simple pizzas: two patatose for the kids, a speck and brie for my wife and I, a capricciosa... nothing special🤷‍♂️ Even when we finally managed to order (many waiters but absent) the service was as disorganized and irritating as you can imagine. Rude waiters and clearly confused. But the worst was yet to come: a waiter, in his agitation, suddenly turned between the narrow tables and hit my daughter on the head, causing her pain for the whole evening (the only thing missing was her complaints). Fortunately, she wasn't seriously injured, but the fear and anger we felt were unimaginable. As if that weren't enough, we risked having to eat without water: it was brought to us only after several requests, and with extreme rudeness. It seems excessive to me to wait an hour for drinks and another 40 minutes for pizzas without counting the waiting time to order. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly advise against this pizzeria. It is not just a question of taste: it is a question of safety, respect and dignity of the customer. An evening that should have left us with a good memory of joy instead gave us only anger and disappointment.

27/06/2025: The food, the service and the atmosphere/view are all great. But when the place is too crowded, there's too much noise and you cannot enjoy it.

08/03/2025: Nice and welcoming place but really long waiting times, both for ordering and for dishes (about 40 minutes for a devil). The pizza is quite good.

20/02/2025: One of the best Lovely pizza in town, spaghetti and wine, we’ve been few times to try all prima, secondo and desserts, fantastic everything was delicious, thank you chef.

29/06/2025: My partner and I often go to Giglio... the food is excellent and the pizzas are very good... the owner Nicola (like all the staff) is very patient and kind... you absolutely have to try it

26/06/2025: Great pizzas and restaurant, the products are genuine, high quality and seasonal. Since we are in Canada we go back to visit Nicola every time we go back to Italy for a holiday. I have been going to Giglio for almost 30 years :)

22/06/2025: New management of this little restaurant/pizzeria that I know very well because I often go there for lunch. Very friendly and fast service, menu of the day always very good (with some variations on the theme since the new owner arrived), honest prices. Recommended!

22/06/2025: I was there last night in the company of friends we had both pizza and cuisine..we tried the large seafood appetizer more than satisfied and also the very good pizzas, waiting times normal, competent and helpful staff...we will definitely be back I really recommend trying!
