27/09/2025: Terrible service. I made a reservation online (the only way to order a pizza, because they just don't answer the phone). After the delivery time indicated on the website had passed, I called several times, and only at the end did they rudely reply that they no longer accept reservations after 5 pm, without even offering a solution.

05/01/2026: Alas... for the umpteenth time, to my chagrin, I remembered why I no longer order pizza here. We ordered three metro-sized pizzas, leaving aside the 20-minute delay in delivery. The pizzas were raw, the dough inside was still shiny and flaccid, like glue, as if it hadn't even been in the oven. One pizza chef threw the "cooked" pizzas onto the counter like they were garbage, another dropped them on the floor when opening a container of ingredients... not exactly synonymous with quality and good service, as they advertise in capital letters at the entrance. Here, quality has long been replaced by quantity of pizzas sold. The only positive was the courtesy of the girls at the delivery counter, who even apologized for the delay.

SCAM BY THE COMPANY THAT RUNS THE MURDER MYSTERY DINNER GAME: once you pay for the murder mystery dinner, you're automatically signed up for a subscription that will take you 20 (TWENTY) euros a month. MAINTAIN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT. THIS SCAM MUST BE REPORTED. Murder mystery dinner: widely advertised on Facebook. The idea (obviously) is that the evening will take place in the carriage, which in reality you can only admire on the way to the first-floor dining room where we were crammed in like chickens. Bad experience: when you sign up, it doesn't specify that you MUST sit at a table with someone else. €25 per person for two slices of salami, mushrooms in oil, industrial tortellini, frozen potatoes, a plastic bottle of water, and a bottle of wine to share with two strangers (who, fortunately, in our case, were two very pleasant people). The noise in the room was excruciating (I suffer from tinnitus, and loud environments are harmful to me—I'm writing this the morning after the event, and my ears are still ringing) both because of the excessive number of people and because the speakers for the game continued to whistle. Game: OK for children's entertainment; two characters run the entire show (the one with ambitions of being a Papeete DJ, screaming like a madman at times). A very disappointing experience; I won't recommend it to anyone.

07/03/2026: A bad experience for us. We booked by phone, asking to have dinner in the carriage (to show our child). No one asked us if we wanted pizza or a restaurant. When we arrived, we discovered that downstairs the only food was at the restaurant. They made an exception, saying we had to order at least two dishes from the restaurant. I ordered bigoli for my son. They arrived so hard, I couldn't even break a tooth. Half a chicken with two potatoes, a number that cost about 18 euros. Absurd prices with very small portions. At the cashier, they didn't ask me if everything went well. I mentioned the problem with the bigoli, which were for the child, so he didn't eat. Reply: um... I'm sorry... I'm sorry you work like this because soon you'll be forced to change management again. Best regards
