02/08/2024: Disappointment. Four of us with two children had two mixed fish starters, two bigoli with arna, a fried dish with a side of grilled vegetables and a bottle of wine, water and two coffees (total bill 100 euros). Nothing to say about the location and the service: it is a very large restaurant with many seats, but we were served well and the waiting times were more than acceptable. The problem I encountered was the mediocre quality of the food (at least what we ate). I won't say that the fish in the starter wasn't fresh, but I found the exact flavor of the seafood salad packs on the supermarket counter. Well... for 18 euros per dish I would have expected more. Unfortunately the same goes for the fried food, certainly abundant, but quantity isn't everything! Even the sauce of the bigoli with the arna, taken for the children, remained a certain perplexity. In the end I found the price excessive, not in absolute terms, but for the quality of what we ate. In conclusion, the experience did not leave me satisfied (I limit myself to saying this euphemistically) and I don't think I will return.

10/08/2024: At first I wasn't sure about the restaurant, looking at it from the outside. But as the saying, you shouldn't judge the book by its cover. The service was very pleasant, in English too, and the waiter was ready to take every of our requests immediately with a smile. The food itself was phenomenal. I had gnocchi with pistachio cream sauce, the portion seemed small but after eating I was pleasantly stuffed. My mom had calzone, as promised filled to the brim with mozzarella, mushrooms and sauce. Although, be careful with this one, better to eat as a portion for 2-3! My parents also praised the starters, which sadly I didn't try, but I take their words to be true. If I ever visit the city again, this place would be a must to visit again. Thank you for great time and delicious food!

12/08/2024: After a less than happy first impression (me and a friend, because we were unable, arrived about 1 hour after the scheduled time), due to a slightly grumpy welcome from the staff, then everyone returned, positively evaluating the place and the service offered. Upon our arrival there was certainly a misunderstanding, we respect those who work and, perhaps, some of our questions were misinterpreted or not proposed perfectly by us. In any case, nothing to say, they were very fast and perfect. In a few minutes our two pizzas were also on the table, beautiful, good and piping hot. Ate well, absolutely honest shopping, kind in offering the sick coffee at the end.

24/08/2024: The place is welcoming, clean and well looked after in detail, the owner is a very kind person as is his staff. The pizza is very good served with quality ingredients and I find the wine pairing interesting, the variations of the dough fantastic. The desserts are also worth a try. I definitely recommend it for an evening with friends, as a couple or as a family.

01/06/2024: "Gummy" pizza, difficult to digest, as far as the service is concerned, visibly annoyed and nervous, overall nice, simple and spacious environment. We won't be back and I don't feel like recommending it.

05/09/2024: Hier ist man sehr willkommen und so herzlich empfangen . Wir kommen alle Jahre wieder schon seit vielen Jahren. Kinder werden so herzlich aufgenommen. Und das Essen ist ein Gedicht.. man sagt wie Gott in Frankreich ist man. Ich würde sagen wie Gott in ITALIEN . Der Geschmack war immer noch im Gaumen auf der Heimreise. So eine herrliche Aussicht auf den Gardasee. wir sagen Grazie

12/05/2024: Really good pizzas with light and not very salty dough. The ingredients are equally satisfying and the menu is extensive, plus they always have pizzas with seasonal products that change periodically. Inside it is not very spacious because it is more takeaway. It is also possible to get pizza slices for €3.

05/04/2024: Very light pizza, excellent quality ingredients. The pizza is quite particular in its dough, you may or may not like it. Try it and then judge based on your taste.

01/09/2024: There were many free seats outside and no one inside. Still I was told I sit at the few tables at the side walk halving all the pedestrians passing me all the time. When I was finished it was still a lot free. So it’s just stupid, stupid, rude and bad service to say it’s full and I could not sit in a nicer place. Also I was refused to charge my phone at the place and they would not let me go inside and place it in a socket that was free. The pizza place as flat, plain and boring. The taste was fine, but nothing special.

31/08/2024: This place is really down the drain. As a regular of the Venice Film Festival i used to eat here every day, sadly enough they hired some very rude and surly waiters now. As I was single, they forbid me to sit at any of the - ample available - small tables in the shade, but forced me to eat in the sun (‘tables for single people’). And then you start to realize how mediocre their food always had been, with bufalo caprese clearly not with bufalo mozarella, greasy pasta. I used to like the waiters though, but now they’re replaced by the goon squad, it’s time to say goodbye to Ai Do Mati. It’s not as if there aren’t alternatives …

19/08/2024: Friendly and helpful guys who also meet requests other than the menu. Really good and fresh quality dough. Not the usual frozen pizzas. Truly much appreciated!

11/08/2024: Don't be fooled to the cheap price, because the personnel is very rude and we almost ate the food on foot. He didnt allow us to sit on the seats and warned us rudely and even went back to check if we sat there or not. The food was pretty simple and not tasty at all. Inside was too hot, not even an air conditioner. I also wonder about the hygiene about the food inside.
