24/10/2025: I'm truly incredibly satisfied with this restaurant. We arrived at a time when it was already full, but the waiter told us we could come back in half an hour and he would reserve a table for us.
My boyfriend speaks Italian, but unfortunately, I don't. In other restaurants, this has always meant that the waiter generally only spoke to my boyfriend. Here, however, the waiter made sure to explain everything to me in English, and I felt welcomed. I definitely wanted to mention that! It was truly amazing.
The food was outstanding, and the service was simply excellent.
A small note: the online English menu didn't match the Italian menu at the restaurant, and we couldn't have found the cheese platter as an appetizer on the main menu.

27/09/2025: Authentic local spot. We stopped at an odd hour so the pizza selection was limited. The sausage and mushroom looked amazing. The mushrooms looked fresh. The margarita was fine. Very inexpensive. Helpful staff.

Very low prices, imaginative but above all hearty and tasty pizzas, you'll wish you had two stomachs to keep eating, an atmosphere that warms your soul, even when it's hot, and a black cat with a white tail, watching you slyly...

21/10/2025: I'll never set foot in there again. Carbonara was bland, neither good nor bad. The second course was shameful: the menu said Umbrian porchetta with salad. Well, they brought us a slice of porchetta with a few salad leaves that were definitely out of a supermarket bag: 18 euros. Two first courses, a second course, two bottles of water (not even coffees) 58 euros.
12/10/2025: We stopped for lunch after visiting Orvieto... we ate really well... a rich platter accompanied by bruschetta and local olive oil... followed by homemade pasta with mushrooms and truffles and spaghetti alla carbona... excellent! The desserts were also very good, tiramisu and panna cotto, all accompanied by a red wine from the Sediana winery... I recommend it.

12/10/2025: Very nice place in the center of Orvieto good food but the tourist menu mode (drinks and cover charge excluded) makes it a bit "manual" of the type come on eat pay and go we need the table 😅 (I understand) anyway a good place to eat something in the streets of the center 👍

08/10/2025: I was at La Palma Restaurant in Orvieto, Italy. The service was friendly and attentive, but the food left something to be desired.
24/08/2025: ...passing by for a pilgrimage, what can I say: we were treated wonderfully!!! We arrived at 4:30 pm with the chef just turning off the kitchen lights...excellent food, good service, no frills (bucatini all'amatriciana, tripe truly sublime)...the owner was very friendly...in a word, "essential"....I highly recommend it. Greetings to the whole crew.

12/10/2025: Friendly waiter... Very long wait, despite there being very few customers. The bruschetta appetizer wasn't bad. The pasta was almost raw, the wild boar ragù was full of oil, flavorless, and even a bit tough—nothing like wild boar ragù. The sliced pork loin with lard was fine. Umbrians are very good at making porchetta, but if they'd seen that, they wouldn't have even tried it. Don't order the house wine. At the end, the guy at the cashier gives you the bill without even apologizing or offering a discount.
06/08/2025: We went to this place by chance.
We ordered ravioli, tagliolini with mushrooms, and for the child, cutlet and fries. The ravioli were 6. 14 euros for six ravioli. They were supposed to have crispy bacon, but instead the bacon was soggy and terribly greasy and salty. The dog ate it. For the second course, we asked for fish. We finished it. Basically, 2 first courses, 1 second course, 1 dessert, water, and 1 glass of wine, 70 euros. Never again.
