21/09/2025: Exceptional pizzeria. Generous and delicious platter, many pizza varieties, and truly excellent dough. The owners are friendly and approachable, and the value for money is truly excellent. The only small flaw is the lack of draft beer, but highly recommended.
10/09/2025: Delicious pizza from an authentic pizza oven, a very extensive menu, and friendly staff. It's a bit outside the hustle and bustle of Foligno, but definitely worth a visit if you're looking for a delicious pizza at a very reasonable price.

The lakes offer excellent sport fishing, and then you can savor the delights of the restaurant, where Chef Roberta, along with her highly trained staff, creates amazing dishes!
MUST VISIT!
16/08/2025: We had a great time, the place was lovely, lots of greenery for the children and a nice little lake where they could see the fish.

14/09/2025: It's a must in Colfiorito. Originally known as a pizzeria, it has now also established itself as a restaurant and hotel. Its many signature dishes are unbeatable, but the zuppa inglese is unbeatable. Highly recommended.

15/08/2025: Very good food, friendly and attentive service, modern and relaxing atmosphere.
The appetizers were plentiful and varied, and the tagliatelle with truffle and the beef tagliata were very good.
Besides the food, I really appreciated the friendliness of the owner and staff.

17/04/2025: Ho passato due mesi a Foligno ed è un peccato aver trovato solo gli ultimi tre giorni i Dei Franceschi...le luci rendono l'ambiente rilassante...la Padrona di casa Cinzia e, la mamma, ottime cuoche e persone squisite...le portate e la Pinsa buonissime!!!...Quando tornerò a Foligno sarà un posto fisso per la cena...Assolutamente da provare...ah...più di una volta!!!!

15/10/2025: As usual, given my severe lactose intolerance, I ask if my order contains dairy products. I'm first told that the fresh pasta dough contains milk, so I opt for a piadina, where I'm also warned of possible traces of milk in the dough. I order a pigga, which, according to the ingredients list, contains pork, apples, vegetables, and barbecue sauce, so I confirm that it doesn't contain any cheese or dairy products.
By the time I've eaten a quarter of a piadina, I realize it actually contains stringy mozzarella. I ask at the counter, and they confirm that the recipe does include mozzarella, but it's just not listed among the ingredients.
Quite upset about the food poisoning I've just suffered, I ask for at least a refund for lunch for the ruined day, and am given just a partial refund for the piadina alone.
Throughout all this, not a single apology from the staff. You risk killing someone if you don't disclose the ingredients, especially known allergens.
05/10/2025: Today at the Sant'Eraclio location, I happened to find a piece of paper inside my coffee cup. Despite this, I politely reported the incident to the staff, but was treated roughly by the employee.

03/09/2025: I had the pleasure of organizing an anniversary dinner at Tamiso restaurant, and I couldn't say it was a better choice.
The patience and dedication of the owner and his staff ensured that all my requests were met from day one until the party was held.
My guests are still remembering the evening days later.
The quality food always satisfied us, from the appetizers onwards, and a special mention must be made of the supreme tiramisu, which provided a sweet ending to the evening.

We went during the week and the place was empty, but I think it fills up on the weekends. The meat is very tender.
30/09/2025: The food was excellent: tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffles, the tagliatelle as if homemade, very good.
The scaloppine al limone was excellent, and the scarpetta was a must.
I can highly recommend it.

03/08/2025: We are a Palestinian family who came to Foligno for vacation, taking the children to see the Marble Falls after having had a difficult year. We arrived at this place and sat down, took the menu, and the waitress came to order. We ordered a tomato bruschetta, a tomato pasta, plus a 30 euro fixed fish menu. 2 minutes after we ordered, a person came back and told me that the fixed fish menu cannot be shared. I asked him why... we don't have two small children who don't eat much. We got up from the table and left. Whether this person was the owner or not doesn't matter to me. I just want to say how shameful it is to have a business and not know how to manage it, people incapable of smiling, people who need to learn how to treat customers. A slap in the face to Italian catering.

03/10/2025: Terrible experience among friends.... Total disorganization!!!! The dishes arrive in bulk... some eat first, and some don't eat at all!!! Multiple courses forgotten!!! It's a shame it's not possible to give zero stars!! The food, according to those who ate, was barely passable... I'd better keep quiet!!!

After your response, I'm forced to reply.
I'm not shy at all, and rest assured, "I'm asserting myself." I'll add that, being very polite, I usually don't reply because I hope others are as polite, but in this case, I'm forced to do so after your response because:
1. We didn't order the set menu, but à la carte. Evidently, your memory is as flawed as the restaurant, and in answering, you confused the other diners.
2. A vegetarian appetizer, which I also asked for a generous portion, I might add, should have logically arrived with the tomato bruschetta, but it never arrived. Despite repeatedly asking a waiter, he simply shrugged without even going to the kitchen to ask.
3. We ordered 7 steaks, which, I can understand the difference in cooking time between rare and medium (I'm not a chef, but I'd say 1.5 minutes), arrived in 3 different batches, a good 10 minutes apart, and ONE NEVER ARRIVED BUT WAS INCLUDED WHEN WE BID THE BILL. WE DEMANDED IT BE DEVALUED, and I'm here to tell you it was done (after a dispute).
4. Of the 10 waiters listed, we only saw 2, and they were uninterested... very indifferent to our requests and prompts about the missing dishes.
If you'd like, I'd add that you can find and read other reviews of the dinner in question that other diners have left on TripAdvisor... so you can respond to those too.

You see, another answer of yours that's still a bit off! First of all, I didn't say high prices, but "it's better to keep quiet about the price," because when you're charged for something you didn't eat, and you've even repeatedly requested it, I don't think it's about paying attention to the customer and resolving any issues that may arise, but rather treating customers, especially those "in passing," as a source of income. I'd add that, fortunately, I can afford to eat at your restaurant and at a better one than yours! Again, your response wasn't very polite, and for someone who deals with the public, that's definitely not a good attitude. I'm glad you don't have time to respond to all the comments (except mine, apparently) if that means you're considering how to improve. In all of this, I don't think I even read between the lines a single "sorry for the mix-up."

21/07/2025: Nice atmosphere. Delicious food. Terrible service. Uninterested staff. It was Monday... But the surrounding restaurants were all full, and I was the only one there. There must be a reason. It takes love in catering.
