20/02/2025: Pizzeria in opera dal 1964, sita in una via traversa a corso Cavour. Locale piccolo e accogliente, il proprietario simpatico, disponibile, affabile. La pizza è buonissima, ampia varietà di scelta: un must da assaggiare è la pizza capricciosa, vero cavallo di battaglia del locale.

14/06/2025: We took 2 small cones 2 flavors plus cream. The ice cream was completely melted so much that it had to be poured into a cup, the cream was like water. I went to pay by pointing this out to him and he told me that he would not count the cream, however I consider a small cone with 2 flavors too melted at that price, not adequate. I do not recommend and we will not return either.
Regarding courtesy, they are not wasted, they always have a prompt response and they get rid of you quickly.

Cold welcome, disorganized service and dishes without particular care or flavor.
I ordered an obscene shrimp risotto: tasteless, with poor quality shrimp and an unpleasant consistency.
There were four of us and despite the salty bill, the quality of the food was disappointing.
20/05/2025: A bar, self-service service, restaurant that works a lot.
Fast service, wide choice of everything.
The spaces are new and well kept, even if they could be a little cleaner.
The bathrooms, on the other hand, are poorly kept, damaged doors, stained fixtures that should be replaced, broken sinks, taps that move and completely peeling steel. The lock of the women's bathroom does not close, and neither does the door itself... the bathrooms are part of the place and should receive the same care and attention.

17/04/2025: Ho passato due mesi a Foligno ed è un peccato aver trovato solo gli ultimi tre giorni i Dei Franceschi...le luci rendono l'ambiente rilassante...la Padrona di casa Cinzia e, la mamma, ottime cuoche e persone squisite...le portate e la Pinsa buonissime!!!...Quando tornerò a Foligno sarà un posto fisso per la cena...Assolutamente da provare...ah...più di una volta!!!!
23/02/2025: Ormai questo Ristorante è diventato un'istituzione in città, tappa dovuta per folignati e non.
La pinsa è buonissima e digeribile, i primi piatti e i secondi sono semplici e ben fatti.
Le titolari, Eva e Cinzia, sono state accoglienti e pazienti, nonostante il mio gruppo fosse numeroso e vivace.
Siamo stati benissimo. Torneremo!

02/06/2025: Ero curioso di provare questa pizza perchè ho visto dei video che la riguardavano,così siamo andati. Il menu praticamente ha solo pizze,cè solo pun tagliere di salumi e formaggi per chi non vuole la pizza. Un pò mi è dispiaciuto perchè avrei voluto assaggiare qualcosa di sfizioso prima della pizza. Comunque hanno delle patatine fritte credo di busta normali e al tartufo come anteprima. Comunque la pizza è buona ma ha un impasto un pò pesante,i bordi sono alti e pure al centro non è sottile,non è la classica bassa e scrocchiarella. Comunque il locale è carimo e i prezzi sono onesti per la qualità dei prodotti. Grazie
11/05/2025: First experience in this pizzeria. Very nice place, small, welcoming, clean, beautiful tables. Sublime pizza dough, neither too soft nor too hard, a balance that I had not yet tried. Perfect cooking, the cornice is not burnt. Unique ingredients in off-menu pizzas. Prices slightly higher than average but are compensated by the quality of the ingredients. Fast friendly service. I will definitely come back to try new pizzas. Congratulations to all of you

13/05/2025: A magical, clean and lively place! Sara and Stefano always welcome you with a smile, all the staff is alert and attentive to the needs of the customer. The food is excellent, the pizza highly digestible, the desserts delicious, then there is the beer, the spring water, the fireplace.. the fireplace!! What more could you want?!
There is a wonderful energy in the air that invites you to come back and come back again!! ♥️

19/04/2025: First time in Foligno and first time at the restaurant. .. but I don't recommend it to anyone we waited 1 hour for a plate of cold cuts... better to change staff in the dining room and in the kitchen... having a place like this in Foligno and only making a bad impression on the people is better to close...
