03/12/2024: Fixed appointment every time I pass through Val di Fiemme. From the outside it might seem like a fairly anonymous place and in fact it is even difficult to notice it, but inside you find yourself in a typical Trentino-Alto Adige restaurant. Wide choice of typical dishes (polenta, dumplings, salted meat, etc.) and excellent pizzas (not cheap like many I've eaten in this area). The desserts are also excellent, as are the beers served at the right temperature (I would reduce the amount of CO2 in the taps just a little, especially for the Weiss). Prices below the average in Val di Fiemme, practically always open even for lunch, I can only say: go there! In fact, don't go there otherwise I risk not finding a place when I want to go! :)

12/11/2024: If I could I would put zero. I don't even know where to start😅 We booked for the evening of November 11th at 6.30pm for two. We arrived at 6.20pm as the place was open at 6pm. We were greeted by a lady in a tank top and sequins. She made us sit at our table and after about ten minutes she arrived to set the table and bring the menus. In the meantime, other people have arrived who have booked tables or who have also sat down to eat. At 6.40pm a girl dressed in a long-sleeved technical shirt arrives to take our order with pen and paper. We ordered a polenta, sausage and a polenta, sausage and melted cheese. I asked if they could make a salami and onion takeaway pizza for 7.15pm. Perfect, we got the water almost immediately. In the meantime the other people who had started to arrive were already eating... We thought that perhaps the polenta would take a little longer. At 7.00pm still nothing. Us at 7.15pm we should have left with takeaway pizza... At 7.10pm still nothing, when a table was already in the café. The waitresses were quite calm as if everything was normal... an employee went to visit them but apparently had the day off that evening. However, given the time it was getting, we asked the lady if the polenta was arriving. Without batting an eyelid she went downstairs to the kitchen and without any problem told us she was coming.. Since our time was up, we went to the cash register, waited for one of the two to consider us and asked if she could at this point put our dinner in a box and give it to us together with the pizza. The answer: which pizza? So we explained everything to the lady and after repeating to her 3 times which pizza we had ordered, she told us that she would make it in a moment... Meanwhile we managed to pay and after 10 minutes the pizza had finally arrived together with our trays.. Meanwhile the girl told the lady not to take any more reservations since they were already badly taken, the lady in response said that on the evening of San Martino we have to take everyone and precisely because it is San Martino people must have patience. But people don't care what day it is and you just had to keep the employee at work since you knew there would be confusion. When we got home I brought the pizza, half of which ended up in the garbage... the polenta had no salt and the "melted cheese" was something indefinite. It looked like cream. Still, shocking experience. Less than zero organization. I strongly advise against it!
