23/08/2025: My pizza was so good that I wish I were a poet so that I could properly describe it to you.
21/08/2025: The food and drinks were served quickly and were delicious. The service was very friendly, and they quickly arranged a table.
You sit in a beautiful and quiet courtyard, which is very hidden and easy to miss.
All in all, a very pleasant dining experience, and nothing stands in the way of a return visit.

23/08/2025: We had an excellent gluten-free pizza. The owners were very kind and attentive, especially to our children's needs. To finish, they made their own gluten-free apple strudel. In the four years I've been coming to the mountains, this is the first time I've found gluten-free apple strudel.
16/08/2025: Practically a bar that prepares "standard" pizzas and pasta dishes during mealtimes.
The quality is top-notch, and the welcome is amazing!
I had the gluten-free pizza, perfectly cooked, with homemade dough—you can taste the difference.
The gluten-free strudel was delicious 🤤
The owners were so kind, helpful, and chatty; I felt right at home!
Looking at it from the outside, I wouldn't have bet a cent on it, but I had to change my mind!

24/06/2025: Just finished dinner. The pizza dough was fantastic, the ingredients excellent and well worked. Pizza remained hot until the last bite and beer cold until the last sip.
Recommended to anyone who is in Merano.

09/08/2025: AIC certified, which is a huge relief for celiacs. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is attentive and courteous.
The pizza was delicious; I also had a delicious Apulian appetizer.
I think they make the gluten-free pizza base themselves because it was delicious.
The desserts were delicious.
The prices are fair, and we'll be back.

22/08/2025: The meat is excellent, the taste is really there without being greasy, don't hesitate, they prepare the composition in front of you. When you eat there, I find the fries tray quite small considering the price, we are on a menu at more than 10 euros, very good experience

11/08/2025: I ordered a slice of takeout pizza, but I was disappointed. The portion was really small for the price, and the toppings were minimal, almost nonexistent. I expected something more. I don't think I'll be back.

24/08/2025: Unfortunately, we can't rate the food or service, as neither of these things happened. After we had to ask for a seat because we were completely ignored, tables were hastily cleaned but none were assigned. Since it had already taken more than 10 minutes, we sat ourselves. The staff's ignorance continued, however. After three more tables were occupied by guests, who received their drinks before us, we decided to leave. Good service looks different. They should take a leaf out of the book at the Römerkeller Giardino around the corner. We switched to this restaurant and were served promptly and courteously.
22/08/2025: The food was delicious and came fairly quickly. However, the service was very unfriendly, and we felt ignored. That was a real shame…

11/07/2025: The food was delicious and the staff was friendly. We got a table outside right away without a reservation.
24/06/2025: We were out on a rainy evening in Merano and decided to go to Pizzeria Beatrice. There were only six other guests in the restaurant besides us. Furthermore, several obviously staff members were sitting at one table. The ambiance seemed very dated. The menu was only served upon request. The pizza and drinks arrived promptly. The quality of the pizza was, to say the least, subpar compared to other pizzerias in Merano. The dough was tasteless and so thin and moist in the middle that it was almost impossible to cut. The toppings included canned mushrooms. The Veneziano (Aperol Spritz) was served in a 0.2l red wine glass, which puts the asking price into perspective.
We cannot recommend Pizzeria Beatrice to anyone.

10/08/2025: We had a casual dinner with pizza and beer. Bufalina and Capricciosa BBQ. Excellent quality ingredients and careful and precise cooking in an open wood-fired oven. The attentive and courteous staff, led by the enthusiastic Dalila, were attentive. The atmosphere was a bit too casual, but decidedly tidy, clean, and quiet.
Recommended.
