04/01/2026: Wonderful experience! I've never had a better Florentine steak. Frankly, the price was even too low for the quality of the food we ate. I HIGHLY recommend it!

30/12/2025: We chose this restaurant on a beautiful Sunday in November, inspired by the numerous positive reviews, and I must say we were completely satisfied! We sat in the second room, more modern and welcoming than the entrance, and immediately appreciated the elegant yet unpretentious atmosphere and the kindness of the staff. Pappardelle with wild boar ragù, fried porcini mushrooms, a delicious roasted porcini mushroom cap, and the inevitable steak! A good red wine accompanied it, and a cream-filled millefeuille for dessert. What can I say... it was an absolutely satisfying lunch. We waited a bit for the meat, probably because the place was crowded, but it was absolutely worth it: quality produce, cooked properly, and beautifully presented... Excellent! The pappardelle with wild boar thrilled the kids, and the mushrooms were the icing on the cake of a lunch that simply leaves you wanting more. Considering the quality of the product, the bill seemed fair for what we ordered. Parking might be a bit difficult along the road that runs through this small corner of Nievole; I'd recommend arriving 10 minutes before rush hour. Otherwise, "Il Pellegrino" keeps all its promises and offers customers a totally positive experience! Top marks!

Special praise goes to the waiters: kind, attentive, and always available, they helped make the evening even more enjoyable. Efficient service and a welcoming atmosphere. Recommended!

02/11/2025: It's not your typical pizza; there's so much quality, attention, research, and passion behind every bite. Crunch is something different, unique, and delicious. The quality is high and obviously comes at a cost, but certain taste experiences are worth trying. It's no coincidence that it's climbing the Italian rankings. A small place, but with attention to every detail. Anyone looking for something different is in the right place. I highly recommend it. Try it and believe it. You eat with your mouth, with your eyes, and you'll always say WOW.

26/10/2025: We were two couples on Saturday evening at 7:30 PM, the only available time. The place was already packed, and there was a line outside for 9 PM. The atmosphere was very refined, with beautiful exposed stone ceilings and videos of the chef's creations: elegant and tasteful. It was a shame, however, that the space was too small and crowded: the background noise was excessive, and it was also quite hot. It's hard to call it a relaxing experience in those conditions. The pizza, however, was truly exceptional: the Visione di Marinara is among the best I've ever had, beautiful and delicious, the dough just a little chewy. The desserts were disappointing: good but with a bland presentation, not up to par with the restaurant.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the service is fast, and the prices are fair. I highly recommend it. We'll be back again and again. A big thumbs up.

28/12/2025: Rude and disorganized staff. They were rude, primarily because the restaurant was busy and while we waited for our table (10 minutes late, by the way), we found ourselves in the waitresses' path, having nowhere else to wait. Finally, they refused to let us each pay for ourselves, as is always the norm in any restaurant: they gave us a receipt and made us sit down to do the math ourselves. The situation was eventually resolved, and the food was good; it's a shame about the rudeness.

02/01/2026: After visiting a museum in Pistoia, we stopped at the pizzeria at an unusual hour. The owners welcomed us kindly and served their dishes, which we found to be of good quality. A wonderful experience!

28/12/2025: One of the worst experiences I've ever had at a pizzeria. The pizza was incredibly hard, dry, completely inedible, and unworthy of being served. To make matters worse, the receipt was incorrect twice, forcing me to pay double commission, without an apology, without a discount, and without the slightest respect for the customer. A sloppy work style and an arrogant attitude bordering on the absurd. This place should definitely be avoided.

16/12/2025: Beautiful and well-kept place, we can eat inside and outside, beautiful terrace from which you can see the landscape, excellent place to eat Tuscan food, very good appetizers and very good first and second courses, typical meat and fish dishes, very kind and professional both the staff and the owner as soon as you arrive to order, the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home and satisfy your requests, clean restrooms, good prices, large parking lot, that's why I gave it 4 stars, I recommend trying the pizzas and the tagliolini with lobster, they are finger-licking good, and the Cinta Senese pork loin with fried patent and fried porcini mushrooms 😋😋😀

06/01/2026: Pizzeria with great prices, especially with special offers on special days. Infinite varieties of pizzas, focaccias, and calzones with just as many different doughs and more. Beers are only available in bottles. We'll definitely come back to try other pizzas. The first time, we may have gotten the wrong ones.

26/11/2025: A generous and generous platter accompanied by hot schiacciata. Whole wheat pizzas, both Neapolitan and Tuscan. Delicious Primavera pizza with generous, quality toppings. Delicious desserts. Excellent value for money. Friendly, attentive, and fast staff, very short wait times.

25/12/2025: A nice pizzeria/gelateria in the center of Monsummano. The pizzas are good and varied. I'm giving it four stars, however, because they're really small. You can choose between "small" and "large" pizzas, but the "large" ones are still much smaller than a regular pizza. In fact, every time I go with friends, we have to order at least two each. Otherwise, everything is excellent, and the artisanal gelato is very good.
