31/12/2023: Posto economico per una pizza decente. Purtroppo io non ho preso la pizza. L'antipasto di crostini misti (2 di mare e 1 col pomodoro) era veramente misero visto il prezzo (9euro), erano molto molto piccoli. Il piatto di spaghetti alle vongole, anch'esso molto piccolo, condito con dell'olio che sembrava preso dalla friggitrice. Però devo dire che ho visto girare dei bei piatti: mi ha fatto pensare che facciano differenze tra chi di passaggio e chi è locale perché il ristorante era pieno. Noi sicuramente non ci torneremo.
26/12/2023: La cameriera dovrebbe sapere cosa c'è in cucina leggendo il menù .. ma al momento della richiesta per poter ordinare manca diversi piatti gl viene chiesto di poter fare uno schiaccino e non sono in grado di fare uno schiaccino..... E è pure pizzeria dulcisi in fondo gli viene chiesto una tagliata che nel menu e non c'è neppure quella .... a questo punto Siccome mi ritengo una persona educata continuo a ordinare qualche cos'altro sperando che ci sia rimasto qualcosa da mangiare auguri per gli altri commensatari

13/03/2024: A far cry from what was once a restaurant with a capital R. The waiting times are really long, even just to order. The waitress, who came to take the order, besides being visibly confused, smelled of wine when she spoke. Regarding food: For our two year old we asked for a half portion of pasta with tomato sauce. They didn't have tomato... (Really???) So we opted for plain pasta, recommending that it be well cooked. We were brought a portion per adult, al dente but above all without having added a drizzle of oil as soon as it was drained, result? the pasta was all stuck, inedible! My wife and I ordered the catch of the day (8 ounces of fish according to them) with baked potatoes. The fish was clearly not 8 ounces (I usually cook fish of this size at home, so I'm quite practical) and the potatoes were not baked but certainly pre-cooked first and then fried! Someone explain to the chef the difference between baked and fried potatoes! We took a quarter of the house wine, it was brought to us after the main course and only because we asked for it. The prices: the house wine, a Vermentino of unknown origin (and yet the waitress should have been expert given her condition), costs €20 per liter (the price does not go down if you get a larger jug. It is €5 a quarter, €10 half a liter and so on) Believe me that the ronco or the tavernello would have been better. A white pasta, hard, all stuck together, €8, absurd. The catch of the day €70 per kg. When you get the fish for 20 (maybe even less), it means that you have a 250% mark-up, absolutely not justified by the product and service you offer! The cover charge is €2.5 per person for a total of €7.5 - spoiler: they didn't even set the table for our son, no cutlery, no glass, no nothing! When it came time to pay the bill, what I least liked was that first they made me pay and then "by mistake" they didn't print the receipt, so another 10 minutes of waiting to get it (because there were technical problems reprinting it ). Not a question about how it went, if everything was okay, if everything was to our satisfaction. I didn't dispute anything at the time because there were people in line and I didn't want to create bad situations in front of everyone, also because unfortunately I had already paid. The worst punishment for them will be that we will certainly never return to this place again, nor will we ever speak well of it to friends, relatives and colleagues, to avoid bad experiences like ours.

Fabulous fish, generous portions, normal price considering the goodness of the fish. All this at the port of Scarlino, a fairytale atmosphere. I will return again in the summer to eat your top-notch dishes outdoors

18/03/2024: Il primo appunto va alla prima pagina del menù: scritto in caratteri cubitali, un lungo AVVERTIMENTO al cliente, che NON ha sempre ragione e che non essendo del mestiere non può giudicare e deve portare pazienza. Già da questo inizio siamo stati sorpresi. I tempi sono stati veramente lunghi, abbiamo aspettato circa 35/40 minuti per la prima portata. Nota positiva per la frittura di pesce era molto fresca e buona. Per quanto riguarda la pizza non è stato così. Ho preso una caprese, era molto scondita; l’impasto pesante e veramente poco digeribile, la mozzarella non era era stata messa a crudo ma all’inizio ed era diventata un formaggio fuso, il pomodoro messo alla fine ormai si era cotto sulla mozzarella . Dopo nemmeno due pezzi ero sazia. Ambiente poco curato e con prezzi nella media.

10/03/2024: We ordered a Quattro Formaggi pizza and got a "huge piece of thin bread" with a bit of cheese on top. That little cheese wouldn't fill even a mouse. In addition, the pizza (a huge piece of thin bread) was very dry. Attention, if the normal pizza size is not enough for you, then you should order another pizza. Because the other pizza sizes are complete rip-offs.
13/02/2024: We went for lunch after the spa They don't do pizzas for lunch We were the only ones in the restaurant, so the service was quite fast, but the waiter was pestering constantly asking questions about the television, music, insisting on giving us something other than water to drink, or anything interrupting our conversations while we waited. We ate fried foods, ravioli and hamburgers They brought us an extra portion of unrequested fried food and an extra portion of ravioli, again unrequested, obviously making us pay for the unrequested portion as well and tormenting us with speeches followed by turning their backs on us while adding dishes to the bill. Everything was clearly defrosted and reheated The mixed fried meat was still good, but the ravioli with butter were tasteless, while the ragù was inedible. I had never tasted a ragù that manages to be too sweet and too salty at the same time. The position of the ravioli was literally two each plus 3 cannelloni (there were 4 of us) not requested to apologize for the dose, not requested since we wanted one less. The cannelloni were clearly defrosted, covered in puree and served, without cooking the puree or blending the ingredients, without melting the cheese inside a little or adding anything worthy of a restaurant. The hamburger is on the menu, but they don't know what a sandwich is, if you explain in detail how it is made, a good result will come out
