On Friday we ordered 5 pizzas, my usual white one (I don't eat tomatoes). Apart from the fact that despite the error in the base, the pizza was completely different from the one ordered. I decide to call and report the mix-up and ask to speak to an owner or manager. The response was submissive and the girl dismissed me with an "I'm sorry". The fact is that I didn't eat the pizza and unfortunately they lost a customer. Among other things I add photos. Very ugly to look at and rubbery dough. Can a pizza like this be wrapped? 27/12/2024: The only thing that is saved is the pizza! Rude and rude staff, they made a problem accusing us of being clever about the bill and in the end they didn't even want to give us the receipt; the water bottles were dirty inside. A real shame!

03/02/2025: Seduti al tavolino, nella verandina a vetri del locale, abbiamo mangiato del buon cibo, io e mio figlio. Buoni antipasti toscani, un peposo, porzione appena sufficiente, bistecchine d'agnello, vino gradevole della casa, dolce e caffè. Ci siamo sentiti soddisfatti, conto quasi equo, da riprovare x altre pietanze viste ai tavoli vicini..

We were thinking of a normal dinner in a classic Tuscan restaurant but instead it turned out to be a mix of excellent Tuscan and Sardinian cuisine. Very large menu but high quality ingredients, tasty and fresh raw materials. Service was impeccable even though there was only one person for all the tables (congratulations) Nice atmosphere with veranda on the street. Fair prices that become excellent with the fork. We will definitely be back!

05/01/2025: Ci sono tornata ieri pomeriggio dopo diverso tempo ma credo che resterò altrettanto senza frequentarla! La pizza e la ripiena sono notevolmente peggiorate. Il personale poi è estremamente maleducato e pure un po’ arrogante! 1 pallino perché meno non si può!

Endless waiting, almost an hour to wait for the famous Florentine specialty "bistecca alla florentina" which we hastened to taste. Eventually my wife got massive food poisoning and has been bedridden for 2 days now, so we weren't able to visit Florence. The meat was poorly cooked, and the hygienic conditions must be more than questionable for my wife to be so ill...
