The pizza is truly excellent, with fresh, quality ingredients and a light, tasty dough. You can taste the attention to detail in the preparation.
A special thanks also to Aurelia, who served us with kindness, professionalism, and always with a smile, making us feel at ease right away.
The quality-price ratio was also excellent. Definitely a place to return to and one I recommend to anyone passing through Calatafimi Segesta! 👏🍕

02/06/2025: Era da un po' che non andavo al Rustic, il menù offre una quantità di pizze sorprendente, la pizza è di buona qualità, prezzi ragionevoli. Da ritornarci.
21/03/2025: Con una coppia di amici siamo andati al rustic per cenare. Come solito ottima location ambiente ottimo ed accogliente. Antipasto rustic con ottime bruschette e verdure grigliate. Risotto con radicchio e spec, busiate con gamberi e pesto veramente eccellenti. Orata a forno buonissima. Vino bianco frizzantino molto gradevole. Prezzo più che ragionevole, porzioni abbondanti sufficienti tranquillamente per due persone. Torneremo presto
