30/03/2026: Yesterday, 8 of us had lunch with a fixed menu for 38 euros and then we visited the Parrini village. The panzo was not worth 38 euros, the second fish dish was not at all fresh and inedible, so much so that it was returned without being consumed.

01/05/2026: Yesterday we celebrated our daughter's eighteenth birthday in an impeccable way. From booking to the end, we received attention, dedication, professionalism, and kindness from Gaia, who took care of everything and gave us excellent advice. Compliments to the kitchen staff, who cooked everything deliciously, and compliments to the attentive, kind, and thoughtful dining room staff. In short, a spectacular team... without which everything would not have been so beautiful, making us all happy. Thank you so much ❤️

02/06/2026: Excellent restaurant/pizzeria. I recently celebrated my graduation and everything went wonderfully. The owners, as well as the entire staff, are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. We ate several appetizers (the varied rustico, plentiful and truly delicious, the exceptional sfincionello, the exquisite vota e svota) and then the first courses, second courses, and pizzas, all delicious. The location is charming and the setting, Borgo Parrini, is delightful and unique. I highly recommend it!

25/12/2025: Pinocchio in Partinico it's a Jump in the past, In both good and bad ways. The pizzas were tasty enough but the dough and the crust were substantially heavy. Still good the following morning for breakfast. The decor really hasn't changed in the last 30 years and the lack of modernity is keeping people away from it but I say try it at least once, give it a chance, don't get influenced by what you read and see. Around €15 per person, small parking lot.

23/02/2025: Menù della casa, tutto SUPERBUONO dall'antipasto al caffè-amaro-lemoncello.
Personale simpatico e cortese, locali molto carini e accoglienti, prezzo tra i più onesti conaidetato i tempi che corrono.
Insomma , basta così, sennò non ci credereste.
So che, col tempo, tutto ciò potrebbe cambiare, ma se resistono sono dei campioni.
24/11/2024: A differenza delle volte precedenti, quando la pizzeria e la cucina erano gestita dal padre e dalla madre (e non dai figli), questa volta la pizza al limone era priva di origano e, soprattutto, i vota e sbota erano freddi. Pertanto il viaggio Palermo-Borgata Parrini è risultato ingiustificato dalla qualità mediocre del cibo !
