14/01/2025: It's not my habit to leave reviews on the places I frequent, but this time I'm making an exception. We went to this pizzeria in December to celebrate a birthday, and after a lot of research and many closed places (it was a Monday evening) we decided to enter La Sosta, which we had never been to before. Clearly the place was a bit empty given the season, but we were really amazed by the goodness of the pizza, I think the best I've eaten in the city so far! Super generous size and seasoning, perfect cooking and extremely light and digestible! Incredibly knowledgeable pizza chef! The staff were kind and attentive, I think we will return often. A nice discovery, congratulations!!!😊

07/01/2025: Li abbiamo contattati la sera prima di andarci. Dovendo imbarcarci ad Olbia, cercavamo assolutamente una pizza con Antunna, pecorino e salsiccia sarda stagionata (la ns preferita). Abbiamo cercato in decine di pizzerie della costa est, ma questa ci pareva la migliore. Per fortuna, abbiamo seguito il ns intuito. Materie prime formidabili, pizza croccante e digeribilissima come piace a noi. Non solo…oltre alla solita versione della pizza sarda (cioè quelle sopra citata) avevano anche una variante con salsiccia fresca (con grana, ok, ma che abbiamo cambiato in pecorino). Anche quella era da orgasmo! 🤣🤣🤣 Buone Buone Buoneee!!!

20/01/2025: Slightly touristy and retro appetizers, the gratin mussels have nothing to do with the classic ones you can eat in Olbia and the only sore point First spacers both in terms of quantity and really tasty spaghetti allo scoglio and we couldn't finish them

14/02/2025: Pizza by the meter was extremely raw, the wait was 1 hour and a half, but God forbid, the place was full, it's a shame that among the waiters, after having served us, not one of them came by to ask how it was going, if we wanted anything else. Obviously they had to be understood. Advice: either hire more staff, at least on Saturdays, or don't load the place with all those people, you risk giving a terrible service like the one we received. 17/10/2024: We rode our motorbike through Sardinia and Corsica for two weeks and ate in a variety of establishments every evening. This one was by far the crowning achievement for us! Highly recommended! We paid 112 euros for 3 pizzas and 4 bottles of wine.

12/01/2025: I went to eat at this pizzeria for the second time. Apart from the service which was quite fast, several pizzas had burnt edges while the rest of the pizza was not so well cooked (too high oven temperature?). The biggest disappointment however was with the tasting of the tiramisu, 6 euros spent to taste it as the portion is ridiculous, very low tiramisu and the cream almost non-existent. Last disappointment, there was an extra 8 euros in the final bill and we noticed it, I wouldn't have written a review for this if it weren't for the fact that it's not the first time it's happened! This review for me would like to be a suggestion to improve the quality/price ratio which I find low. I hope to change my mind in the future

17/12/2024: Historic pizzeria with kitchen. Higher quality than the Olbia standard. I've been going there for 20 years for the professionalism and courtesy. And I will continue to go there
