17/01/2026: Located in the small village of Pisignano, Arco is a typical Salento trattoria. Seating is very limited, and the space, with vaulted ceilings, is little more than an open-plan space with exposed antique walls. The food is typical of the area, and the pizzas are also good. Prices are average.

06/11/2025: This is the bar with the best coffee in Bagheria; ask for Mr. Sciacchitano, a master of the art of coffee. The pastries and croissants are decent, still handmade, and the gelato is excellent. There are several indoor rooms and a number of tables outside.

01/09/2024: La maleducazione della signora (!!!) proprietaria.
Alla mia richiesta di sostituire un pezzo di rosticceria ordinato con un un'altro scaraventava il sacchetto con fare a dir poco insofferente . Ci sono entrata per necessità e non ci metterò più piede.
10/08/2024: La titolare é di una scortesia unica, non consiglierei di andare in questo locale perché alle 20:00 con il locale vuoto dice di aspettare per una pizza tonda.
Se la titolare burbera non riesce a soddisfare una richiesta di due pizze con il locale vuoto, forse è meglio che cambi mestiere.
Meglio andare al ristorante osteria poco distante sulla piazza principale.
