26/08/2025: Definitely one of the top five restaurants I've tried in the 20 years I've been frequenting Salento. As soon as you sit down, the pittule arrive, hot and delicious. We ordered the appetizer, and everything was delicious. We then tried both the first and second courses: truly excellent. My son had the meatballs in tomato sauce, which were truly flavorful, while my daughter really enjoyed the tiramisu (which I wasn't so keen on, perhaps because it's different from what we're used to eating in Rome). The pizzas are also very good.

26/08/2025: Takeout pizza. Excellent and ready on time, despite it being packed. Well done.

29/08/2025: Even though we hadn't booked, they seated us very quickly. We ordered a salmon appetizer to share, which was delicious and plentiful, and two octopus carbonaras, both truly excellent! Good wine selection, quick and friendly service. Beautiful location. Prices are a bit high.

28/08/2025: Despite the superb setting, I managed to leave this restaurant disappointed. All the food served was frozen and tasteless. Very disappointing given the high price...

30/07/2025: Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati in vacanza per 15 gg, abbiamo soggiornato all’hotel universo, e tutti i giorni siamo stati deliziati della saporitissima cucina del ristorante Universo. Cibo di prima qualità, cortesia, gentilezza, tutto ciò che si può desiderare da una vacanza. Lo staff è sempre disponibile e cordiale, Tommaso è il non plus ultra in sala, ma soprattutto Luca, il proprietario, mette a proprio agio la clientela e ti fa sentire a casa. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro

21/07/2025: An exceptional experience. The location is unique, surrounded by nature, and you can even book a room and park just 15-20 meters from the beach entrance. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The restaurant is also of excellent quality and is worth trying even outside of your vacation. Congratulations!

19/08/2025: The welcome and friendliness were absolutely not up to the Salento standards.

17/08/2025: Terrible experience. The staff was so rude that we couldn't even be seated because of the way we were treated at the door. When we left, the manager even said, "We didn't miss anything." Absolutely not recommended. I anticipate their eventual response, denying everything, as they did on the spot.
