07/04/2024: To enter they don't accept reservations, so you have to queue but I must say that you don't have to wait long, the waiters work to guarantee you an impeccable service, fast, efficient, well organised. In short, we ordered the fried food which was very good, light, the pizza well seasoned , tasty and light. Excellent prices, (I understand the queue of people) the modern, relaxing environment, well cared for and furnished.

07/04/2024: I went on the advice of a colleague from Lecce who spoke very highly of it to me. I traveled a good 50 km to get there and in all honesty it disappointed my expectations, I'm not saying that the pizza was bad but I ate much better in the area (in any case 4 stars are deserved for the food).. pleasant environment but I'm very happy with the service. Few forms of courtesy from the waiters, little attention to the customer's well-being, I understand that I entered at the last shift at 11.30pm however... I don't think that this poor service is justifiable by the time.

06/02/2024: Pizza restaurant known for a dinner with friends in the lower Salento. The restaurant is really very large and crowded in high season, but it is located in a fairly desolate area and certainly boasts a beautiful view of the sea during the day. We ate some pizzas and shared some chips while waiting. I must admit that the pizzas are good both in the dough and in the ingredients used. However, paying an average of €15/16 for a pizza seems to me, with all my good will, to be a mistake. Unfortunately, skyrocketing inflation in 2023 has also arrived due to these irregular increases by too many merchants. Since there are no rules in the free market, it would be desirable for restaurateurs, merchants and sellers in general to operate conscientiously, but unfortunately this seems like a utopia in much of Italy.

27/03/2024: I went to the restaurant for lunch, a time when it is not very busy this season. Very large room, with a beautiful window, which will certainly be open in other temperatures, which overlooks a patio where beautiful tables and beautiful plastic chairs of particular shapes are placed. Inside the tables are well distributed, the ceiling is made up of various stretched plastic sheets, in jargon stretched sheet, which in various places is detachment, it would be more decorous if they were arranged, also because it wouldn't take much to carry out this work. The dishes were excellent and well plated. The peculiarity of the place, however, are the pizzas, cooked in wood-fired ovens and, for the most part, made by the metre. You won't find in the list, at least I haven't seen them, the usual list of classic pizzas. Round pizzas are present, but only starting from two people up to six people. Not having tasted them, I cannot give an opinion on them, but they tell me they are very good and for this reason the place is very popular. Very kind staff. Advised!!! P. S.: for those who want to take a dip in the pool, in season, you can do so as it is there too.

24/03/2024: Contrary to what the poor comments of some people say who complain about the dish being poor or too rich, who complain about the pizza by the meter which they say is not Neapolitan without knowing the PURELY NEAPOLITAN origins OF ALL THE OWNERS. Lunch, Dinner, Pizza and everything that the VESUVIO 3 brand IS A SHOW NOT ONLY FOR THE EYES BUT ALSO FOR THE PALATE😊 The etiquette (which some people don't know) requires compact and not disproportionate portions, pizza should therefore be eaten in a certain hurry... But it's clear, here we are not like some starred chef who can afford to make a dish by placing a forkful of pasta in the center and consider it a work of art... Constructive criticism is there, but those who despise want to buy. Having said that... I recommend it with 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ because 10s don't exist... Bun Vesuvio 3 everyone.

03/04/2024: A place with attention to the smallest details, in a slightly industrial style, perhaps to recall what the place was originally. The staff is courteous, present throughout the stay despite the place being full and available to satisfy customer requests. They have a varied menu, different types of pizza dough. I ordered a Margherita, light dough not with high edges like I like but still good. Good price quality. They also have an outdoor room, which I haven't had the pleasure of accessing yet but it seems really welcoming and I will be back to have this pleasure.

31/03/2024: Very large and very beautiful place in terms of aesthetics, it seems to have been a tannery historically, the star vaults blend perfectly with the modern style of the furnishings. Both internal and external room for summer evenings. Easy to find outdoor parking. I had the opportunity to taste a mixed fruit which was excellent but in my opinion a little poor, we could be more daring. The pizza I asked for with double mozzarella was good but my request was not granted. The place is suitable for groups of people and why not also for celebrating events. The staff were very helpful and friendly, very fast perhaps a little too much as it was Saturday and it was packed. I recommend it during the days of the week with less chaos. Until next time. 28/03/2024: We were well welcomed in this well decorated restaurant. The service was very kind and helpful. All dishes tasted were well prepared and tasty. The price was fair and average for the area.

27/04/2024: I don't eat dairy products so going for a pizza, for me, is always a lottery because you eat a pizza "poor" in one main topping. Instead, I have to say that this pizza, porcini mushrooms, sausage and chopped pistachios on a quality base was really good. Table service was quite fast and the staff were friendly.

21/04/2024: I start with the premise that I fully understand that it was Saturday and peak time BUT We arrive at 9.00 pm as booked, we order around 9.10 pm (calling the waiter for us otherwise who knows when he would have come) the place has few tables so I wasn't expecting a long wait and instead after three quarters of an hour at 9.50pm the "acceptable" pizzas arrive, light dough but absolutely not Neapolitan, so if you are looking for a Neapolitan pizzeria this is definitely not it. I'm only sorry for the staff who are approachable, kind and polite. I positively appreciated the fact that each table was sanitized with Napisan; another positive note is the fairly modest prices compared to other pizzerias.

03/04/2024: Their pistachio pasta was simply divine, the best I have ever tasted! The service was impeccable, with an attentive and professional team. We accompanied our meal with an excellent Chardonnay, perfectly recommended by the staff. Additionally, the beautiful and intimate setting of the garden added a special touch to our dining experience. All in all, a memorable evening.

31/03/2024: Beautiful location in the historic center of Lecce. Nice and clean environment, friendly and friendly staff. I shared Easter lunch with my family. The quality and goodness of the food depend on the dish you choose. For example, I personally took a starter (veal with tuna sauce our way) which frankly I would have gladly avoided while the second course (turcinieddhri with monkfish, although they didn't have anything that could recall turcinieddhri) was really excellent. Rough service and I'm sorry to say it's unprofessional. A note of merit must be recognized for the honesty in prices and also in admitting and reviewing errors made in the service.
