10/09/2025: My husband and I returned to Gli Archi restaurant after many years and had a truly positive experience. The restaurant is welcoming and well-maintained, with an atmosphere that fully reflects Puglian tradition. The cuisine was consistently excellent: well-prepared dishes, quality ingredients, and authentic flavors. The service was also impeccable, with friendly, professional, and polite staff. A restaurant that combines taste, friendliness, and local identity.

02/08/2026: Nice atmosphere Terrible and unprofessional staff Having the humility to tell things as they are wouldn't be bad... (Or rather, to say, okay... I accidentally made the wrong order and moved three tables ahead... that's fine... but saying I know my job... absolutely not!) I've worked in the same industry for 40 years... and I'm telling you, no... You don't know your job at all, and you also have the arrogance to lack humility! I'm sorry, I've never given a worse review. We'll never go back!

31/07/2026: The pizza is objectively good, but other than that, everything else is quite questionable. The staff is friendly but clearly under-trained. The fried food isn't bad, but you can find better without leaving Ostuni. The bill is unjustifiably high, so much so that the small discount is standard practice. It's a shame; it wouldn't take much to significantly improve.

12/07/2026: The service was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was basic, but that's not always a bad thing. The food could be improved, but it was decent. The bill was incorrect... deliberately. It's a shame that tourists are sometimes underestimated... PS: If you have special cuts of meat available that day, it's fair to offer them at the table, but if they ask you the price, everyone should know, not just the lady at the counter.

04/07/2026: I didn't want to give it even one star, because it's a place where they should ban food service. Poor quality food, even poorer service with only two staff members in a tent packed with people, where you just want to run away. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

15/02/2026: I was there last night with a friend of mine. We sat in the dining room and waited over a quarter of an hour before getting up to call the waiter to order. Once we called, he came to the table and we ordered two appetizers, which arrived another 15 minutes later. Once they brought them, this waiter, who calls himself "Iodice," insistently and annoyingly asked us to pay the bill. This really bothered us because we considered it truly rude, as we'd never had a waiter come to the table to pay the bill, as if he didn't trust us, as if we weren't supposed to pay it anyway at the cash register. He also justified his behavior by saying that the owner ordered him to make this request. Finally, other friends told me that this same waiter also dared to call a friend by a nickname related to his size. That's it, we kindly ask you to take action, otherwise we won't come to this place again and we'll cause bad publicity.

30/10/2025: My partner and I went there last night. For the first time in many years, we felt bad about the new, older waiter. As soon as we walked in, my partner felt like we were being watched. Then, when he approached, he made a pass at my partner, saying something in dialect like, "We didn't quite understand, he was talking about breasts." She didn't take her eyes off him the entire evening. They should hire serious staff, not malicious people; he looked like a Bedouin. I hope the owners read the review and do something about it, otherwise we'll never set foot in the nightlife again and we'll get bad publicity.

08/06/2026: A very nice restaurant in a great location. Friendly waiter. But don't order a hamburger if you want a real burger with a bun... You'll only get a ground beef patty, without any toppings, for €14.

31/05/2026: Goodbye Billy Billy ...it's difficult to have to review a place we've been referring to in summer shows for so many years. Until last year, we still felt and saw the continuity in what we'd tasted and recommended to others. This evening, after a very tiring day, we returned to relax and eat a pizza, ushering in the summer... wrong! Everything should be erased! At the Terrazza we found a new look: an open-air bar, outdoor tables with plenty of space, but very dispersive, and the restaurant where we celebrated our son's three birthdays, completely overhauled but with taste and a new opening to a menu not just for a restaurant. For two pizzas, the waiter recommended we get an appetizer to cushion the wait. WE CUSHIONED THE WAIT FOR THE PIZZAS WITH *A WAIT* FOR A PLATE OF GRATINATED MUSSELS WITH TARALLINI. The mussels arrived after 30 minutes, and no matter how many restaurants we frequent, we never sent the dish back: They weren't gratinated mussels, but a mix of oregano, thyme, and tomato with bread that killed a simple plate of mussels. We waited another hour and twenty minutes for the pizza! ...we left feeling annoyed. ps few tables occupied, resulting in an unexplained wait, and last but not least, the table of eight people next to ours also voiced their complaints about the wait, the wrong pizzas, without toppings, and thin, hard piadinas... our bill? this one was also incorrect: it included the uneaten pizzas... For clarification, here's the correct receipt: water and 5 mussels eaten between two for a total of 20 euros, with no excuses. At midnight, a frugal dinner at home.

24/07/2026: The service was a bit slow but the food was delicious so it was worth coming here to eat.

12/07/2026: Family-run establishment. Welcoming and professional. On the beach and with ample parking.

28/06/2026: The place is very pleasant, especially when it's very hot. We had a mixed platter, fried meatballs, pizzas, and a spumone: everything was delicious. The service was attentive, and the lady serving us was very friendly. The three of us spent less than 80 euros.

11/01/2026: We ate very well, the waiters were very polite and very good, the dining room was a bit cold for a woman 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
