17/08/2024: I was happy to book to return after a long time, but I didn't have the same pleasant previous experiences. I was a little disappointed, but maybe this review can be useful to improve.
Good pizza and platters, but not at the previous levels and the fame that this place has built over time. It's a shame it has declined a bit, the food was a real journey through our territory.
Quality of service for seating needs to be reviewed.
In summer, the settings are only outside at the back, and they are a lottery. If you get tables on the pavement you are a bit unlucky, you sit on a slope and they are uncomfortable. The tables for 2-4 people are a bit narrow. Little privacy towards passers-by.

26/08/2024: 5 well-deserved stars for all the aspects that can be evaluated in this experience. Starting from the pizza that I was able to taste which was one of the best I have ever eaten here in Barletta. Really compliments.
Friendly and welcoming service and pleasant location.

25/08/2024: Pizzas et plats vraiment excellents on a tous adoré
Le lieu et magnifique et bien décoré à l'intérieur. (Pas de climatisation mais des ventilateurs). Glace servie dans un bol de nougatine super bonne.
Quelques bémols tout de même malgré la qualité des plats. Le sorbet au citron était superbe mais peu citronné. Serveurs pas très commerçants. Sur cinq plats commandés trois n'avaient pas les ingrédients pour faire le plat et on a du commander autre chose. Et des verres sales.

15/08/2024: I live a stone's throw from the pizzeria, therefore, I know its costs. We mostly order margherita pizzas and 4 portions of chips. Daisies are good. In the bill at home, we realize, without our request or even your question, that in a bill of almost €100 (precise change of €3.10 🤦🏿), we were charged for 10 sachets of sauces at the cost of 2 €. For the first time I commented as a matter of principle... we don't care about pennies but about a constant customer!
A few words to the wise!

13/08/2024: I am not discussing the quality of the products, but the transparency in prices. At the checkout it says puccia with three ingredients 3.50 euros and puccia lungo, again with three ingredients, 5.00 euros. I opt for the latter, and have one prepared with salami, fresh tomatoes and rocket. At the checkout they charge me an increase of 50 cents claiming that there are more than three ingredients to consider, not having included a sauce of your choice among the three ingredients (which means only the cashier knows). For the couple of my friends who opted for the puccia at 3.50 euros, since they chose bresaola as an ingredient the price rose to 5.00 euros.
At this point write "puccia price based on the ingredients", you would be more credible.
I won't be coming back again.
16/07/2024: Not much to say about the food (pizza not great but the rest is fine/stuffed focaccia delicious). Embarrassing service, if you don't know anyone inside you will feel like ghosts wandering around hoping to be served (unless you are content to take at the counter), total disorganization and a deep sense of nervousness that comes over you when the friend on duty arrives which instead is promptly listened to. Go there only if immediately after opening hours, but in the peak time slot, especially on weekends, it is useless

Cibo di scarsissima qualità.
Gestione ed accoglienza inesistenti.
Conto simile ad una truffa, vi dico solo che per tutto questo vi aspetta un coperto di 4€ a testa e vi risparmio altri dettagli. Meglio il digiuno.
29/07/2024: Siamo andati a cena in 6 lo scorso sabato... È andato tutto a rotoli... Partiamo dalla prenotazione: prenotato alle ore 22, locale strapieno, abbiam dovuto aspettare 15/20 minuti in piedi... Una volta seduti, il cameriere, per esonerarsi da ogni responsabilità, ci comunica che l'ordine delle pizze prevede 1h/1h30' di attesa... Imperterriti, comunque noi ordiniamo 6 pizze e qualche antipasto.. Piatti quantitativamente scarsi e pizza di basso livello... Per concludere la serata nel peggiore dei modi, il colpo di grazia lo riceviamo sul conto: vivo a Roma da molti anni ma maí, e dico mai, mi era capitato di pagare 4 euro di coperto!!! Si signori, avete capito bene 4 euro a persona di coperto!!! Insomma, esperienza pessima. Lo sconsiglio anche al mio peggior nemico... Buona serata barlettani, ma non al Kalos.

Ore 22.30: sollecitiamo ancora, e l’ordine era stato perso.

15/07/2024: Abrupt welcome to say the least, only time to pay, after which the "manager" disappeared. The room had no windows, the linen was of dubious freshness, the mattresses were old, the number of sockets was laughable, no bidet or breakfast, the shower was unusable, the air conditioning was from the last century.
I think we can talk about a real scam.
I don't think the location can make up for everything that isn't there.
I don't recommend.
