12/06/2026: It's been many years since I've been to Gioia del Colle (6 or 7), but I have fond memories of this place. Last night, five adults dined, and I made a reservation at Borgo Antico: everything was excellent! Traditional cuisine, revisited for the better, with great touches and a satisfying palate. I remembered it well! Compliments to Ottavio and his wife. We'll be back as soon as possible.

21/05/2026: We celebrated our birthday on the back patio, a private and welcoming space perfect for small celebrations. The menu is extensive, with quality terrines and pizzas. A definite recommendation!

29/06/2026: He may be a pizza wizard, but the restaurant is certainly no exception! This place offers takeout pizza and rotisserie, but it also hides a very respectable restaurant in the back. Fried fish and a first course of fried seafood!! Everything was delicious, served with great kindness and professionalism!! We had a wonderful time!

24/06/2026: We ordered a pizza, but the owner explicitly told me he had no change to give me, and therefore left me starving.

26/04/2026: We called on a Saturday evening, there were 20 of us, and they still found seats for us. We had to wait a bit when we arrived, but that's okay. The service was very quick, and the pizzas arrived quickly. They let you choose whether you wanted the Neapolitan or Bari-style pizza, and I have to say it was pretty good anyway. The menu pairings were perhaps a little odd, but the ingredients were good. I had the pizza with finocchiona, which, with the yellow cherry tomatoes, completely covered the flavor. I also tried the one with sage, and unfortunately, the burrata covered everything underneath.

25/04/2026: Customer service needs improvement. Waiters quickly clear dishes so they can finish the next reservation. Total confusion in the dining room, with people having to shout to talk to other diners at their table.

06/04/2026: You can't wait AN HOUR AND A HALF for two pizzas. Customer service is zero. After all, I received a tiny pizza. The waiter claims that's the normal size for the pizza I ordered, but when I checked the menu again, the different size wasn't specified; it was placed with all the other pizzas on the menu.

13/03/2026: This is already my third time getting pizza from Pizza&Bottega in a week... and I think that says it all! 😄 The pizza is truly delicious: light dough, quality ingredients, and truly distinctive flavors. Even when ordering takeout, it always arrives perfect and incredibly tasty. Plus, the staff is always very friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. If you're in the area and want a well-made pizza, I absolutely recommend it! 🍕
