18/10/2025: Beautiful mountain venue. Excellent cuisine, tasty, varied and well prepared dishes. The service is also good. Fair price. Book well in advance as it is always full.
16/10/2025: Excellent weekday lunch, a welcoming place, excellent and affordable (€14) for the lunch menu, which includes a first course, second course, side dish, coffee, and water or a quarter of wine.
Dessert +€4.
Definitely a lunch to repeat!!!!
Of course, the price will be different in the evening, but the quality is guaranteed.
Highly recommended.

11/11/2025: We were driving from Turin to Budapest and chose this place based on reviews. From the hostess and the friendly waiter to the delicious pizza and pasta, everything was fantastic. I recommend trying any of the pizzas, and check out the different crust options. I wish I hadn't chosen the rice-based one. I'll be back.
15/09/2025: Fantastic place. High-quality food, excellent service, truly beautiful venue. The owner is a great person, truly knowledgeable and helpful. A delightful discovery. The panissa is exceptional, as is the tiramisu 2.0.
I returned on Sunday, September 14th, for Riso'. I tried their rice-crusted pizza. Fantastic. Light and tasty. Then I had the nenu created for the rice fair.
Delicious. The appetizers were excellent, including a very delicate and flavorful bagna cauda.
The panissa was delicious, as always.
Not to mention their tiramisu.

08/09/2025: A German-style restaurant-pub. The place is beautiful, tidy, and stylish. The staff is very friendly and professional, and the bathrooms are clean. Outside dining is also available. The pizza is excellent, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the beer is also available. Sonia spoiled us, convincing us to try the homemade desserts. They were delicious, and she's very good...we'll be back.

22/11/2025: We tried this pizzeria, which we found by chance online, and it was a pleasant surprise: a little gem hidden away in the small town of Asigliano. The place is small but very welcoming, tastefully decorated, warm, and clean. The staff are very friendly, and the pizza is excellent, both in terms of cooking and flavor. The desserts and coffee are all delicious. Another personal note: they have Super 8 beer, which is my favorite Blanche. The prices are fair. We'll definitely be back.

And since there was some left over, it was even better the next day! Super good farinata and mixed fried fish, well, what can I say, delicious! Home delivery is a great thing, and now that I've discovered you, I won't leave you alone! Congratulations!

13/10/2025: It's always a pleasure to return to Varallo and have lunch at La Sfinge. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the ingredients are fresh and excellent, the place is tidy and clean. I was really satisfied with my gluten-free pizza, which was truly excellent and one of the best I've ever tried. The fried fish and desserts my parents ordered were also excellent. La Sfinge is always a reliable choice, even over time.
