23/02/2026: The two of us went there on a Saturday afternoon. We had a reservation for 12:30 at this unfamiliar place for a casual lunch. We arrived 10 minutes early, no problem, we were greeted and seated immediately. Excellent welcome, excellent food. Simple dishes, but the menu also offers more elaborate options, including traditional Ossola dishes, and even a few off-menu ones. What can I say? Generous portions, a very quiet place, and excellent food. The restaurant is an old renovated farmhouse away from the busy streets, with that old-world feel that I find magnificent. We ate really well, we were warmly welcomed. Everything was almost perfect. The only flaw, if I had to find one, was the service, which, while friendly, punctual, and pleasant, was a bit slow. Lunch took almost an hour and a half. Maybe it was a fluke, an unlucky day, but if it's always like this, it's good to know. You can relax and enjoy a good meal in peace. I'll definitely be back as soon as I can. Recommended.

08/03/2026: I went for dinner, and the value for money was very good. The atmosphere was a bit too noisy for me, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for a quiet place. They forgot a dish during service, but that's something that can happen when there's a lot of people.

06/12/2025: Food was delicious when we were there in May - we had pizza, pasta and some of the veggie specials. We ate here 4 times on our stay in Pallanza and felt lucky to have found a genuine, non touristy trattoria. Would recommend. Worth booking ahead.

Medium-large pizzas, crispy and thin crust, generous toppings with any ingredients you want. Always fresh ingredients, especially freshly sliced ​​cured meats and fresh mozzarella. I love you! Today I tried to call to ask if takeout was available, and I was rudely responded, specifically saying, "Hi, I wanted to ask if you also do takeout." The next response was, "No, if you want pizza, you can come and pick it up. Bye." The owner then hung up. Now I ordered it anyway and went to pick it up without any problems, only because we were a group of people. But there will never be a next time.

18/01/2026: Well, this is Italy through and through. Eating with the locals. Always full. Simple, fresh, and deliciously affordable. When we're in the area and they're open (they're often closed in August), we love to have lunch here.

01/03/2026: We went last night with friends and had excellent buffalo mozzarella pizza, made with quality ingredients, a tartare, very good seafood pasta, and excellent fried cuttlefish with battered vegetables. Prices were reasonable. It was crowded, but we were served quickly and attentively. We'll definitely be back.
