30/03/2025: La qualità e le porzioni delle pietanze sono buone, la location passabile, il giovane personale molto gentile ma il servizio.... inaccettabile. In tavolo da sette, piatti serviti scaglionati e uno in ritardo. Risotto arrivato tiepido. E prezzo complessivo ingiustificatamente alto.

30/03/2025: Esperienza pessima e negativamente indimenticabile. Disorganizzazione a 360 gradi, sia per la prenotazione che per le ordinazioni e i piatti. Personale scortese e maleducato dai camerieri alla cassiera. Prezzi medio-alti per piatti scadenti. Per di piú trovato nel mio piatto 1 pelo e in altri piatti trovato pezzi di cibo di altri piatti, come un’oliva in una pizza margherita e una patatina fritta in mezzo agli gnocchi fritti, rischioso nel caso qualcuno avesse allergie. Sconsigliato vivamente sia da me che dai miei 21 amici che erano con me.

28/03/2025: Easy-going place, very kind and helpful staff, we had the fried calamari and I have to say they were really excellent!!..very tender and dry of oil, the French fries were also very tasty which are usually always a bit so-so...we saw pizzas of all sizes being churned out in an impressive quantity, so I deduce they are very popular because they are appreciated. Modest place but I highly recommend it. Excellent prices.

20/02/2025: I had the pleasure of having lunch at [Isopo Filippo's Orchidea pizzeria restaurant] recently and I was absolutely impressed. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a warm smile by the very friendly Waitress Marta and a welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers a wide selection of delicious dishes, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Each course was an explosion of flavours, impeccably presented. The service was extraordinary. You can clearly perceive the dedication and passion they put into their work. In summary, it is a jewel in the heart of FARA NOVARESE and definitely worth a visit. Thanks for the great service. I will definitely be back soon!

25/03/2025: Aperitivo for 8 EUR per person. As a pic showing, the quality and amount of food was perfect 😄 I'm especially impressed with the flavour of pizza dough. You must try it 😉

01/04/2025: After a walk on Lake Orta we stopped for an aperitif in this bar! Friendly service, very friendly and nice staff! We chose from their menu a stuffed flatbread, a salad and a cold cuts platter and 2 drinks! Honest prices and very wide choice! We really had a great time! Until next time!

31/03/2025: Fantastic location restaurant. Unfortunately, only that one. I ordered a Neapolitan pizza with anchovies and parsley and what I received can be seen in the video... a clearly frozen industrial pizza on which anchovies were added at the end. There is no point in discussing whether or not it was a supermarket pizza. 1 millimeter thick, rubbery crust, mozzarella not melted... surely a foreigner wouldn't notice it but since I'm Italian the precaution was obvious. Furthermore, I paid €7 for it, but maybe it wasn't even worth 2 or 3... too bad.

22/03/2025: Friendly staff, 60's hotel very poorly maintained, from the entrance you have a perception of poor cleanliness... breakfast dishes all chipped... For me it was a negative experience

20/02/2025: We changed two rooms. The rooms are cold, the air conditioners are on maximum, and cold air is blowing. There is no reaction from the hotel owner.

30/11/2024: Exaggerated and delicious lunch, ok service, I recommend with full marks, low price in this regard, everything very good

17/11/2024: Nice room, but we found the windows open and the heating off and we couldn't get it to start. The cleaning wasn't deep but still acceptable, despite some flaws such as: sink not really free and stained mat (I think bleach). Overall, it can be fine for a few hours of sleep.

05/02/2025: Poor cuisine, it's colder inside the place than outside 🥶🥶🥶. If you are passing through and need an invoice... forget it, it doesn't even give you a receipt, it says that the printer is broken and you have to come the next day.... The waiter is kind 👍🏻

20/01/2025: Locale freddo forse perché non c'era nessuno piatti ghiacciati che raffredano il contenuto..l'insalata ghiacciata.

20/10/2024: We took two one meter pizzas with two flavors each, given the price of 62 euros we expected it to be up to par. Instead it was poorly prepared, some parts were burnt and others were undercooked, it was poorly seasoned and dry.

22/12/2024: The food is terrible: cold and the kebabs have cauliflower that smells like it's old. Furthermore, the staff is not willing to listen to customers when talking about these issues.

30/11/2024: Worst service, I ask the boss if there are potatoes he tells me no because he doesn't want to give them to me then I ask the waiter present he gave them to me. Another time I ask the Boss to let me take away the rest of the pizza, he removed a part thinking that I hadn't seen it when I asked him why he did it' he replied that he thought I didn't like that part with the salad. That boss is the ugliest person I've ever met in restoration, he's already done it to me 2 times because I'm a foreigner.

09/01/2025: Mancanza di rispetto nei confronti dei clienti, aria fredda che arrivava al tavolo dalla porta e dal clima acceso (dondolavano pure i lampadari di ferro neri), anche altre persone, dopo averlo fatto notare, la risposta della signora più grande è stata che non vi erano altri tavoli liberi, in realtà la sala era semi vuota, sul mangiare stendiamo un velo pietoso, qualità discreta con pizze che sono arrivate bruciate, prezzi cari, coperto a 2,50 a persona. Dulcis in fundo 20 minuti di attesa per i caffè. Sicuramente non mi vedranno mai più e lo sconsiglio per la mancanza di rispetto nei confronti dei loro clienti.

17/12/2024: Tavolata da 20 un po’ casinara che ha ordinato un sacco di cose. Pizza buona. Fritto di calamari arrivato troppo velocemente e la cosa non mi convinceva. Nel complesso discreto senza infamia e senza lode per un locale famoso a Novara e sempre pieno

24/01/2025: Abbiamo gustato una pizza squisita, nulla da invidiare a Napoli, prezzi molto accessibili r consegna a domicilio gratuita !!! Consiglio vivamente !!!

15/12/2024: Ormai la pizza la ordiniamo sempre meno spesso in questa pizzeria. Prezzi per pizze da asporto alti, quantità di condimento sempre meno. Impasto della pizza sempre buono. Da ultima cena aziendale molto deludente anche la qualità del pesce.

19/01/2025: Birthday ruined, 71 euros for 4 maxi pizzas is a bit cheap, I've seen more honest wallet thefts on the metro.
