19/04/2026: I went there to eat pizza with friends. The staff was super friendly, Mr. Carmelo (waiter), and the blonde waitress, whose name I unfortunately don't know (I wish I knew) 😅 was very kind and attentive... we'll definitely be back.
P.S. The owner is a wonderful person who even gave me a Sicilian gift that was greatly appreciated.
Pizza? So good!

08/12/2025: We had a Bismark pizza and a calzone and loved them. The Philadelphia croquettes were also excellent, and we tried them in generous portions. The owners were very friendly; it was a pleasure going there.

30/01/2026: Decent pizza. The place is really too small. You can't move around and it feels a bit uncomfortable. Prices and cover charge are decidedly high for the service offered. Furthermore, a simple substitution of a cold cut (prosciutto crudo instead of bresaola) was charged as an extra €3. For a pizza in Saluzzo, you're better off going elsewhere.
19/11/2025: Great little restaurante. Have been several times, good service and good pizza.... Must try something else next time!

21/11/2025: Guys… Spezz'a Pizza is truly amazing! The dough is like a cloud: incredibly light, incredibly digestible, and you can immediately see that there's been a lot of hard work and proper leavening behind, far from just a quick dough. The ingredients are excellent and you can taste them from the first bite. The place is clean, the pizzas arrive hot and fragrant, and above all… everyone, absolutely everyone, is incredibly friendly. They make you feel at home every time.
And then something that means a lot to me: they are always so sweet to my dog. They welcome him like a little gentleman, let him taste some meat, and shower him with cuddles. You can tell they truly love him.
I always leave satisfied and wanting to return. Highly recommended!

05/04/2025: La pizzeria si trova nel pieno centro di Saluzzo, dove in estate dispone di un fantastico deore all'aperto mentre in inverno, il locale all'interno è molto carino e ben arredato ma non molto grande, conviene sempre prenotare per non rischiare di non trovare posto.
Il menu offre svariate tipologie di pizze, dai gusti più classici ai più gourmet.
Ne fanno da padrona le molteplici tipologie di pasta sulla quale vengono condite le pizze, dalla più morbida fino ad arrivare alla croccante.
Per chi ama la pizza, e vuole provare ogni sfaccettatura di essa, questo è il locale che fa per lui.
Leggermente alto il rapporto qualità/prezzo, ma giustificato dall'eccellente materia prima utilizzata e soprattutto dalle svariate lavorazioni presenti alle spalle di ogni pizza.
22/02/2025: Con la precedente gestione il menù degustazione prevedeva una birra, o altra bevanda, tre assaggi di pizze con impasto diversi, ed infine un dessert.
Memori di queste esperienze abbiamo preso nuovamente il menù degustazione convinti che la formula fosse la stessa, ed invece, con grande stupore, esso comprendeva solamente i tre assaggi e il prezzo era aumentato di due euro! Il prezzo richiesto è assolutamente ingiustificato rispetto a quel che offre il menù ed inoltre al momento del pagamento a fronte di un totale importante non mi hanno nemmeno scontato i 50centesimi eccedenti. Incredibile!!
