14/04/2025: I'm just talking about what I ate. So don't extend your judgment to other dishes. I took a marinara (€5!!!) because I believe that to build confidence you need to start from the basics. The dough is without yeast (water and flour from the name of the place) and you can taste it. Lightweight at the right point. The pizza is not crunchy nor too chewy. In fact, I would say crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside like the slogan from a few years ago. The sauce is tasty, not too liquid, with the right amount of pulp, not very salty. I didn't like the garlic oil. I prefer to have the option to eat the crunchy garlic or remove it especially if I have client meetings the next day. Note. I would have preferred to have the list of ingredients or allergens handy. I didn't ask but I shouldn't ask. It should be accessible to everyone, in paper or digital form. Small environment, a shame because it could do good numbers, decor that is forcibly casual and not casual, as is fashionable now. I was surprised, among the many awards, by the public speaking and effective communication courses (!?). Beer in craft beer, Belgian ale (produced in Italy). I took the double malt one which, thanks to the candied sugar and honey, doesn't leave you with that bitter aftertaste. Courteous staff, I would have expected some attempt to explain the particularity of the pizzas that give the place its name. A pizza that I recommend to anyone who likes Neapolitan pizza!

20/05/2025: Piccolo ristorante arrampicato sulla montagna del bacino di Suviana, si avvale di un bel panorama ma…. di scarsa sostanza. Con amici ho cenato in questo ristorante. Ho ordinato il Peposo, una sorta di spezzatino di manzo molto pepato. Mi è arrivato un piatto con al centro quattro pezzetti di spezzatino e attorno delle erbette. Ho faticato capire il sapore dello spezzatino perché la porzione era veramente misera. L’ho comunicato alla cameriera ma non ho avuto risposta. Al momento del pagamento ho chiesto di parlare col cuoco il quale ha detto che la porzione era da 2hg e ½. Allora lì mi sono sentita veramente presa in giro perché quattro miseri pezzetti di carne non fanno quel peso. Anche i miei amici non sono stati particolarmente soddisfatti, neanche loro avevano dei piatti piuttosto scarsi, e hanno convenuto che il mio piatto era veramente una presa in giro. Se in cucina avessero finito questo spezzatino avrebbero fatto più bella figura a dirlo chiaramente, avrei cambiato ordinazione. Sicuramente non ci tornerò più.

06/05/2025: Buona sera io la prima volta che sono andato alla locanda è stato per un compleanno.Come al solito quando si fanno pranzo così,in molte persone la qualità del cibo e del servizio diciamo che non è al top. Detto questo lo consiglio perché nel menù alla carta e con tavoli normali è tutta un altra cosa.

31/05/2025: The gluten-free pizza and desserts are delicious. Convenient paid parking in front of the restaurant, but it's a bit difficult to find a place. The staff is very friendly, the restaurant is large and very clean.

Las Vegas seems like a simple take-out pizzeria, but what shocked me was the taste, the soft dough, the abundant service! It's a Real Pizza! I Love that Pizza Chef! The pizza must be ordered by phone if you don't want to risk not being able to serve it before 8:00 pm, around 5:30 pm. I recommend it to everyone because I'm very picky about pizza! Oh...among other things it's cheap. No guys! It's a Monster! I can't keep quiet when I eat his pizza! I continue with mmmm good...mmmm too good...I Love it...Too much...but too Good!
