07/08/2024: This evening I purchased three takeaway pizzas, marinara, 4 cheeses, diavola. From the menu the total should have been 18 euros, when I asked for the bill I was asked for 20 euros. I ask why and he tells me higher prices than the proposed menu. I would like to point out that the prices on the menu proposed to me are lower. He tells me it's an old menu. The menu is displayed outside and is shown on all the restaurant's menu cards. I wonder, did he think I was a tourist? I would have understood if the answer had been sorry a calculation error. But the "excuse" of the menu not being updated, no. The law provides for an updated menu. It has already happened to me in an ice cream shop in Tuscany, where they asked me more than what was stated. As I left I stopped the Carabinieri car, the Marshal asked me if his intervention was enough, or I wanted to file a complaint. I asked for his intervention.

23/11/2024: Esperienza negativa. Abbiamo prenotato per 25 persone per un sabato sera e abbiamo atteso un’ora e mezza prima di poter mangiare! Pizza fatta con poca attenzione: impasto talvolta crudo, ingredienti di scarsa qualità.

02/11/2024: Esperienza pessima in questo ristorante. Ho ordinato una pizza con solo prosciutto, togliendo mozzarella e fontina perché sono intollerante al lattosio, pensando che il prezzo potesse essere ridotto visto che mancavano ingredienti. Quando ho chiesto gentilmente spiegazioni alla signora bionda, molto vecchia, bassa e scorbutica alla cassa, mi ha risposto in modo arrogante e infastidito, dicendo che “la pizza si paga così anche senza ingredienti”. Un atteggiamento davvero scortese e per nulla professionale. Non metterò mai più piede in questo posto e lo sconsiglio vivamente a chiunque.

16/07/2024: Terrible service. I waited 10 minutes in line at the counter for a bottle of water. The 4 people at the counter (including me) were constantly being overtaken by orders coming in from the tables. I recommend raising the priority given to customers at the counter a little.
